Dolphins of Katrina is a good kid’s book. That’s about all I have, sorry.

It’s nice but it takes less than an hour to walk through the inside part and that’s after spending 15 minutes trying to pet the sting rays.

It’s brand new, well maybe about a year old. I haven’t been but pass it all the time. Looks nice. Plenty of restaurants in that area as well.

Its nice.
More outside stuff than i thought- dolphins, otters and a bird exhibit
We didn’t have time to do any of their shows or events unfortunately

Edit- I will add i did think it wpuld be bigger with more inside exhibits

It’s nice and a good trip.

Shaggy’s is great, preferably the one in Pass Christian on the water over the docks.

Went last week. We were done in less than an hour. Not much to see and some construction going on right now. Way overpriced for what it is.

We took my son (3.5) back in June. Took about 1.5 hrs to go through it. Was clean but small.

Tip: get there when it opens. Park in the garage and do the outdoor stuff first. Then indoor when hotter.

There's the new one in Gulfport and there is also the IMMS. Both are nice. You could easily do both in the same day.

As others have said- it’s really nice- takes only about 1-2 hours tops to visit.

For eating- Old Town Bay St Louis is your friend. Shaggys has become too commercialized- I long for the days of Original Shaggy’s in Pass when they had the canvas boat windows and Smile (at least that was her stripper name) was a waitress there.

Go to Trapani’s- still the best food on the Coast- and because of all the places to eat now- it’s not totally packed all the time.

Ask to sit upstairs on the balcony

If you have a 4 year old I recommend going to Lynn Meadows Discovery Center after the aquarium. The aquarium is small, so you will go through it quickly. You will have plenty of time to go the the Discovery Center without wearing down a 4 year old too much. It’s not worth the trip over by itself, but if you are going anyway it’s worth it for a child that age.

Downtown Gulfport has a bunch of really good restaurants.

Salute's- Italian and Seafood
Patio 44- Seafood
Half Shell Oyster House- seafood
Tony's Pizzaria- Pizza and Pasta
Murky Waters- BBQ
Rackhouse- fantastic steakhouse and best bourbon selection around

Take the kids to Pop's Brothers for a refreshing treat

It’s nice, but I think it’s overpriced for the size and exhibits.

I would eat at Steve’s Marina in Long Beach

Do the Ocean Adventures Marine Park instead! Aquarium is too expensive and not very big
