What percentage of people cheat on their partners?

Most research suggests that roughly 15% of women in relationship cheat on their partners while 20% of men cheat.

Are these numbers correct?

while cheating is absolutely wrong, by the time this usually happens, cheating is the result of something else being broken in the relationship.

it's usually not the root issue, it is a symptom of something bigger.

again, doesn't make it right and people are pieces of shite for doing it. it is one of the most selfish things any human being can do.

one study years ago showed that % of women with kids from men who were not their husbands was the same in 1920's as in the 2000's.

Sorry cannot remember but think 10-15%

Depends on career field. Medical field probably 65-70%, regular jobs less. Teachers who knows.

I’d say that number is a safe bet. Have to define cheating also. Is this an illegal penis/vagina connection or does emotional cheating count? It sounds like the penetration number to me.
