What legal recourse do every day employees have in the event of a Employer forced vaccination?

I would probably seek out an attorney, there could be religious exemptions or even medical exemptions. It might not be easy and you might be at war with your employer the whole time.
Think about seeking new employment if you are not getting what you want.

Depends on your state laws or if you are contracted and what the contract says. If you are not contracted and in an “at will” work state, probably the only recourse you have is quitting. That’s a somewhat educated guess.

That sweet form berrycajun posted on the OT yesterday. Ironclad and absolutely will not lead to any repercussions

So he makes government prove scientifically that COVID is a pandemic, not just the flu.
The science fell on the side of COVID is just the same as the flu.
Government has to treat it the same as the flu.

there is none, they already violated those constitutional rights long ago with piss tests to work at dollar general etc. under the excuse some jobs like driving trucks and working around hazardous materials are safety issues so protecting the many out weighs your rights being taken away
the same precedent allows them to make up any BS requirements they want and it gets rubber stamped by the courts

I am a raging opponent of any employer mandates, but there isn't anything you can do.
Walmart, Tyson, Google, Apple. If the big boys are the first, they've gotten legal assurances.
My recommendation to anyone is to play it easy at first, talk to your boss and HR about your reasons and work for an exception. Don't go crazy until they make you.
And remember, they can still fire you even if you get the shot. So don't mortgage your conscience on a job.

If you are black, or identify as black, you an file a suit on the basis that the requirement adversely affects black people due to the low percentage of black people vaccinated.
This is just another way to remove black people from employment disguised as a health mandate.

Once Walmart and the other giants announced, I lost all hope for anyone.
Their lawyers and lobbyists know the way the wind is blowing better than you and I.

Make noise. They are looking for easy marks who will roll over. If you resist they will likely back down. Let’s be real, they don’t give a shite about your health.

I don't know if this will help but this the conversation I plan to have with my employer if they go down the vaccine mandate road.
1. I spoke with my doctor.
2. My doctor recommended the vaccine like he does with all his patients.
3. I told him my concerns with the vaccine.
a. "Emergency Use Authorization" by the FDA.
b. Known side effects of the vaccine screwing up your blood chemistry causing clots and various organ inflammation.
4. I'm on ZERO medication and don't want to have to start on blood thinners to counteract vaccine side effects.
5. I have ZERO comorbidities.
6. I had COVID last summer.
7. I carry the antibodies.
8. I will reconsider getting the vaccine as vaccine implementation matures, kinks are worked out and new and better vaccines with full approval come to market (e.g. Novavax).
9. My doctors response was, your risks are very low. Probably lower than vaccine side effects and I'm okay with you waiting to get the vaccine.
10. And because I'm personal friends with my doctor I feel comfortable challenging him. I asked, "do you have the vaccine". His response, "no".

Are you a member of a union?

They cannot make you take an experimental vaccine as a requirement for employment. Once any of the three get full FDA approval, then you are probably screwed.
