That sucks. No matter if he was going to be the starter or the backup, he was going to be a big part of the team. Now we are one injury away from throwing a qb out there with zero experience.

Now we only have 2 scholarship QBs. If Max goes down we are down to one true freshman.

Good question , I won’t directly answer due to respect for Myles. But think Ed was bracing the masses with quotes like we only had 1 QB 2-0 as a starter and various other semi-cryptic but meaningful quotes. We can discuss in another thread on another day. But small update apparently Acadian Ambulance getting him where he needs to be for surgery. May have to wait for surgery due to swelling. Fx. Confirmed now with X-ray. Sure y’all knew most of this already just some messages some are older than others. I m sure we will all get update from LSU when they can factually put it together.

He isn’t going to start for anyone even if he transfers right now. Even if healthy, he’d be behind the eight ball on learning a new offense and gelling with new teammates. So now someone is going to say “yeah go ahead and miss camp, we’ll just hand you the starting gig a month or so into the season”
I mean maybe if it’s some awful program but that doesn’t exactly set you up for success

So the implication I am reading is one of those 2 years will have to be this season. He couldn't sit out a season and still have 2 left.
