@JohnJHendrix
Taysom Hill took starting reps on the first day of Saints camp. Please overreact accordingly

Well they won't have any WRs to start the season, so they need the RB to take the snaps

Are you really a former Marine? You haven't been acting like 1 today.

Teams have film on Hill. That running stuff will work every now and then but it won't work well like it did last year.

Queue up the Jameis stans in here to make excuses for the NFL's leading turnover producer since 2015 despite missing a season and a half!

Taysom is the guy. It's staring everyone in the face and him taking the first snap has nothing to do with this opinion.

Our receiving corps is garbage. Jameis is a bad decision maker with no mobility. Taysom - for all his negative - can make plays by himself.

Haha... because I don’t agree with certain things you question my Marine Corps service? The worst part is there are 3 dick riders who up voted your dumbass.

You can spin this anyway you want, none of us knows what’s in CSP’s head. What if he gave Taysom first reps because he genuinely likes the guy and feels he needs him on the team and happy in his role and even though he plans to start Winston he wants Taysom to feel like he got every opportunity to win the job. Fact is no one knows.

I read Underhills full breakdown on yesterday and it seemed pretty clear Jameis looked better

That said I’m fine if Hill legit wins the job

Triplett:

“VERY small sample size so far, obviously. But what stood out to me about Winston’s performance today was decisiveness on quick throws and smart, patient checkdowns, etc. We know he can throw the deep ball, but this was better rhythm than we saw in a small sample size last summer.”

Eventually enough data points add up to an observable trend

This is the only reason this makes any sense

Let me know when you factor in the ability to run for a first down at any moments notice and take a run for 40 yards easily at any moments notice.
