AllLuv and the wife are both very wrong in what they are doing. Why fight this out in the court of public opinion for all the world to see on tacky Tik Tok videos?
The judge will rule on the guardianship and both sides will have their day in court and present their case.
I feel so bad for the memory of this guy that videos of his brain damaged body are being posted about and gossiped about online. Are there kids involved that will be seeing all this tik tok crap? Both sides should have some dignity and not be doing this to the guy. I would be pissed if my family member was being discussed like this on Tik Tok videos.

They obviously know each other because the wife said in one video that AllLuv was texting her. So they do text.

I don't think so and I have my doubts that Alluv knew any of these folks before the fight for life ensued. I think she ran across the Justice for Josh page and joined up. Now, she appears to be the mother's gopher for posting trash posts about the wife. That's my theory.
I've read some of the mother's posts on the Facebook page and seen nothing so far that trashes the wife. Others do that for her. The mother posts some updates on his condition that are factual above anything else. Nothing that attacks the wife from what I've seen, but I didn't read a lot of them.

Just curious, is there anyone here that would want to continue to live in the state shown in the videos? I know I would not and thankfully I have legal documents to allow my wife to easily carry out my wishes.
As for potential recovery, my wife broke down step by step what would almost certainly happen with HBOTs and that she wouldn't want that for herself nor me if either of us was 2 years+ out from an anoxic brain injury.

She took this on National Television and stated a bunch of lies. The same day she filmed Dr Phil she went on tiktok live saying the complete opposite about his condition. She said she had just talked to his Dr and everything was fine & nothing had changed in the past year other than his leg being a little more contracted. You are only seeing what is being said now but you didn't witness the spear campaign she did against Josh's mom. You haven't witnessed the vile hurtful things that have been said to her by hundreds of thousands of people. Josh's mom has never once publicly bashed maegan but that is what Maegan has done for months. I promise you, the things I have said come nowhere near the things maegan has encouraged people to say about Josh's mom.

She appears to be taking the high road which looks a lot better than what you're doing with the name calling etc... If I were Josh's Mom, I would be asking my "followers" not to bash her and just to pray for my son and me as we go through this journey.
Bashing her is not the answer. The court's decision on the guardian is all that matters. The public's opinion doesn't matter. I certainly wouldn't want a bunch of crap brought in that my friends posted about the wife. It appears the wife doesn't need any help looking bad anyway. Just pray for and offer kind support for Mom and leave the rest alone.
You and anyone else out there bashing the wife are only making matters worse. If you play with the pigs, you're going to get muddy. I just hope none of the mud gets on Mom and hurts her in some way. I wouldn't want you on my side. I'd tell you to go away.
By the way, you've never answered whether you knew this family BEFORE this occurred. Did you? Did you take up this cause after reading about it? How did you get involved?
ETA: I'm not going to put anyone's IRL name on here and I may not even be correct. I wouldn't be surprised if Meagan isn't collecting things you've alleged about her. If any of it isn't true, she may have a case and it wouldn't be hard to find you.
