They don't nearly push flu vaccine like this every year -- at least not in my area that I've seen. They don't offer money, or free donuts, or free pot (in Washington state), or free beer, etc
That is because this is a new virus and more deadly than the flu, but if you recall, the flu vaccine push has really ramped up the last 15 years. Businesses have contests and there are tv ads, etc.

I went with the Pfizer vaccine because it has the lowest fetus-to-immunity ratio.

Guess I'm more Catholic than the Pope now, and I can't even remember the last time I went to Mass.

I've never been offered free donuts, Budweiser and weed for a flu shot.

It's a variation of the flu and they've had the flu vaccine for almost 100 years. Also, they've been studying the coronavirus for the last 50 years. Really not that crazy at all.

The vaccine reduces your chance of being hospitalized for covid 20 times.

This is showing in the real world data. Look at the CDC data on hospitalizations. Before vaccines people over 70 were 10 times more likely to be hospitalized than people 30-39. Now people over 70 are 3 times more likely to be hospitalized.

The purpose of a vaccine is not to prevent infection. The vaccine helps your body develop a immune response to defeat the virus once you are infected which reduces symptoms, severity, length of infection, virus sheading and spread.

Not a variation of the flu, but a variation of the Sars virus from 2002. They have been working on these type of vaccines for 18 years.

That's a lot of words to say you aren't getting it. Obsessed anti-vaccine people are just as deranged as obsessed pro-vaccine people.

don't believe that for a second. It's the same thing as the case numbers and the overall COVID deaths....made up bullshite.

They did. But it’s because there is such an overwhelming % of the population is vaccinated and the vast majority of unvaccinated are going.
