If I were Barr I would call Trump's bluff and say release the letter to the press....but Trump would say he cannot, you know, privacy issues , US Attny would be in fear for....well, select one. Life, career, safety. Safety for his family, the Deep State.

Barr's physical persona symbolizes his true character, just like Biden's crooked smile and Brennan's malicious arrogance as well. They've sold out Constitutional Principle to Transnational Progressivism, and are now operatives for the latter. It's coming down to an either/ or choice for all concerned. There is no longer a middle ground. The competition will be between the Radical Left Deep State and Radical Right patriotic populous. And the sad truth is that if the Deep State goes down, our whole economic System which delivers basic life sustaining goods and services...goes down with it. Barr knows this. They all do. No sane Politico would pull the trigger on this. Investigations which do not serve to promote the Leftist agenda...will be stopped outright, faked or ignored, and the MSM will carry the 'conspiracy theory' water.

Maybe, just maybe the breadth of the Swamp is so wide it was nearly impossible for Trump to appoint anyone to a cabinet position who could be confirmed unless they had some Swamp on their resume.

I would think this is a bit more on Wray. If a white guy with a MAGA hat did what Ruby Freeman did, the FBI would have been all over it. Even there, what is the federal crime? I suppose they could come up with some federal fraud charges, but this might be more of a job for state attorneys general.

I am of the belief Trump placed too much trust in some people's suggestions/recommendations of personnel he should not have. Also I am of the belief Trump lost his direction when Flynn was falsely removed.
