AO 2021 T-Shirt

Anyone else absolutely pissed about the member shirt? It’s literally a DNC billboard that is barely related to soccer. I’m cancelling my membership over this bullshite. I pay to support US soccer not a Super PAC.
For those who aren’t members it’s a tshirt with 5 people standing with “United, Equality, Stop Racism, Equal Pay, and Inclusion” on their back, and says “we the change” at the top. All of those things are great on their own, but the Dem/woke meaning makes it total bullshite.

I actually just got mine. I kind of forget about it each year until it renews.
This shirt seems a little silly, but I’m keeping my membership since it has helped with getting tickets for the Mexico games.

I don’t care much for it, but I’m sure there is some way to speak up and express displeasure with political messages being part of the “United” fan group.

You’re talking about a fan group that’s best chants are We Love Ya and I Believe that We will Win.
They clearly aren’t a group capable of more creativity than whatever scrolls across their social feed.

The only reason I may be all talk is because I want World Cup tickets in 2026 and Nation League tickets in 2024. May cancel for a year then rejoin then.

The equal pay part alone would have me canceling. I stopped renewing several years ago.
Important part is that you tell them why you’re canceling your membership, otherwise the message isn’t received by the cancelation alone.

Oh frick off. If we lived in a vacuum sure no one can be against those things, however we don’t.
“United” unless you are conservative. “Equality” except equity is what they want. “Stop racism” by promoting CRT. “Inclusion” by normalizing transgenderism including to kids. “Equal pay” well we all know what that means for the USWNT and their bullshite.
So sure I support all of those things individually, but not in the propaganda way they do.

I'm not losing any sleep over any of this. I am staunchly against cancel culture, and that's across the board, no matter what side of the political spectrum it comes from.
Besides, 4/5 of these aren't bad things in any way shape or form.
