What ever happened to Kobyashi????

So Joey Chesnut shows up every year with a bunch of stiffs that pose no challenge to him . Not sure how many in a row he has won now but i digress... Years back Kobyashi was the OG . So, I read up on what happened to him .Major League Eating wanted him to sign an exclusive contract with them .He refused so they banned him from the Hot Dog Eating contest at Coney Isl and any of the other events under thier umbrella.In =fact ,the first yr he was in the crowd and ended up getting arrested after a scene incurred . Koby is now 43 yrs old but he still is the only human on earth that could upset Chestnut .Hopefully MLE and he can bury the hatchet and he comes back from the dead to challenge the Chestnut soon . Otherwise , the 4th of July contest is a complete bore .

If you watch this even and are entertained by it then you have much bigger problems than you realize
I can go to the Golden Corral and watch some gluttonous slob put away garbage.
Go outside and get some sun or read a book.

I know he is a bit of a bish but if not him theres gotta be some other 100 lb japaneese freak that can challenege Jaws Chesnut . Tired of seeing big fat badlands booker and Eater X, and the viking guy etc...all a bunch of pawns to fill in around Chestnut .I knew a guy here from Canton Ohio ( deceased now) he could whip Chesnuts arss...Name was Boot Buttrey .Dude ate a whole car tire .I watched him swallow a golf ball whole ..he could eat light bulbs ...would light firecracker off in his mouth ... he would have destroyed Chestnut

I could be completely wrong on this, but it seems like a man’s peak when it comes to eating could be well into his 70s. It definitely requires a different set of muscles than, say, rugby or water polo.
