School employee slams bosses over critical race theory in resignation letter

A New Hampshire elementary school coordinator trashed his bosses this week in a viral resignation letter, accusing them of endorsing “dehumanization and hatred of white people” in critical race theory training for staff.
“I won’t be pathologized for being White. I won’t be pathologized for being normal. Neither should you,” wrote Daniel Concannon in a June 28 tweet containing his resignation letter. The post has received 1,600 retweets and 4,000 likes.
In his letter that signed off with a "F*** you" flourish, Concannon said one of the CRT sponsors had his office “decorated with celebratory charts of the declining percentage of white people in the United States and Europe.”
Concannon sarcastically questioned the validity of critical race theory and listed dozens of nonsensical pronouns — such as fae, virself, what, whatever, xemself, each other, everything, and something — below his signature.

That’s how you do it. Lol. The people he’s addressing are enemies and would have him in chains simply because of his ethnicity. This is no different than what we’ve seen play out throughout history. There isn’t any making nice with these types. They cannot be placated. The hard Left is a frothing at the mouth rabid animal and needs to be treated accordingly.

The "frick you" flourish is probably forgivable, but not this: he capitalized "White". He might want to start looking over his shoulder.

“AKA the temple of equity”
“Human wedgie”
Thanks for adding the letter and context afterwards. Really good stuff.

Sure thing. From the excerpts, I figured the whole thing was going to be a blast. His reasoning afterwards in the other letters is great as well.
And he's right...unless people start standing up and pushing back, this will roll over us completely, and even faster than we realize.
Only thing that makes me wish I worked for a company instead of myself is that I'll never get a chance to write a letter like this!

Everyone, please read the whole thing.
My GOD in Heaven, it is absolutely glorious and the ultimate rebuke of neo-Marxist racism.
I hope my kids' school hires this patriot.

This letter was hilarious but it is a complete and perfect takedown and this race based insanity, I've never seen it addressed so clearly. If educators got together in one huge collective group and pushed back as publicly as possible something could be done. Seeing what this school and others are specifically pushing is truly scary

Did he publish the schools response to his initial inquiry? I'm sure it would be good for a laugh.

It's just too bad more educators aren't mad enough to stand up to this racist, Marxist insanity like this guy.

This will end with him somehow being indicted for a hate crime

Well, in fact he did!

Reason # 145 I send my kids to Catholic schools...

That letter is spectacular and should be framed everywhere.

Stay awake at your Catholic school.
Three or four private Catholic schools in the St. Louis area have contracted with the same CRT consultant groups that the public schools have for student and teacher education.

The school's response is garbage and seeks to make this guy out as a security risk. It doesn't address and of his grievances. That's pathetic. Just trying to shape a narrative.

"We understand some of you might agree and don't want you to feel unwelcome."
"We fired the guy you agreed with and completely shut down his access to the school and system."
They are fish and hypocrisy is their water.

This is par for the course at this point. any time a teacher steps up and pushes back, the school starts talking about how the teachers and students felt threatened by this one teacher daring to be an outlier and complain.
Reminds me of Marcellus Wallace talking to Butch about having to pish past pride when throwing the fight in Pulp fiction. In this case, it's not pride that is keeping teachers and parents from standing up and pushing back, it's fear.
quote:
Night of the fight, you might feel a slight sting. That's FEAR frickin' with you. frick FEAR! FEAR only hurts, it never helps. You fight through that shite. 'Cause a year from now, when you kicking it in the Caribbean, you gonna say to yourself, "Marcellus Wallace was right."
We need to start fighting through whatever fear we have and stand up to this every time we see it.

I understand what you're saying, but no way that shite is happening at my kids schools.. There's way to many conservative parents, especially on the board. If it ever happens, they'd run the principal out on a rail...

Of course they’re not mad. They fully support it because they’re products of our education system that has for years openly operated a Marxist re-education centers. Most educators are thoroughly indoctrinated.
