i know/knew her father through a business i used to be involved with, and hes not to be trusted. total scumbag and thief, and very very handsy with young teens/preteens.

Always two sides to a story. That being said she should control her own cash as long as there’s a trust set up for her children. That 200K that dad keeps might be going towards them. Who knows.
