I find most arrogant people don't have that nervous, uncomfortable laugh. I think that now that she is on the big stage, she is way, way out of her league hence the giggles.

I think she laughs because she is still dumbfounded and this job is waaaaaay out of her league.I don’t think she’s ever going to settle into the role.

She laughs the way she does because she doesn't laugh naturally and this is her best acting attempt at laughing. A campaign aid told her to give it a try and now she sounds like a frickin Chuckie doll that needs a new body
