It's not hard.

Government should issue as few regulations on business as absolutely necessary.

If a business wants to require all of their customers to be vaccinated, they should have that right.

Let the market decide. If it's a crappy policy, then their business will fail because of it.

Banning a private company for asking about a vaccine, in order to receive a good or service, is just as asinine as requiring a private company to ask about it, in order to receive a good or service.

For over a year, we've been yelling that businesses should be allowed to make their own decisions. Now... we think they have to be told what to do??

How is having a vaccine passport the better option? Didn't really think this one out, did you?

It’s discrimination, I’m told that’s bad

I mean, are we just going to overlook the fact that the only reason it is a thing is because of the federal push for it? It is basically government having to fix their own created issue.

I guess we can also overlook privacy issues, discriminatory issues, religious issues, etc.

I actually agree with this. I fully believe a private company can do whatever it likes. Let some stupid places require vaccine passports in GA and FL and see how fast they change those requirements.

A business has no right to know my medical history before selling me a service or product. Nor do they have the right to mandate that I receive medical treatment before they will sell me a service or product.

He has a point. If you're of the opinion that private business should be able to set their own rules then you shouldn't be against them if they want proof of vaccination.

This wouldn't apply to many businesses but from a consistency standpoint you either support the rights of private businesses are you don't.

I didn't realize businesses could ask for you to get the flu vaccine before coming in their business. Then asking for proof of your medical treatment for it.

"Private companies" are colluding with each other and leftist politicians to force these on the public. That's why DeSantis is slapping it down.

Businesses should be allowed to bake a cake for anyone they want, or be allowed to not bake a cake for anyone they don't want.

There's nothing to really think about.

Many would argue that a vaccine passport puts a corporation's freedom ahead of individual freedom. That's not very liberal.

HIPPA

what if a business wants to ban those with AIDS, Hepatitis, TB, those without flu vaccine, should they have full access to all your medical files to let you in?

People who don't want to follow a business policy are more than able to find another business to patronize.

Let the market decide.
