Does anyone know where I can find a good overall strength and stretching routine for golfers?

I feel my best when doing yoga at least 3X per week.

Mobility is obviously important but creating speed comes from strength. Stengthining everything in your truck, hips, quads, hamstrings, arse, abs, ect. Is going to help you too.

That’s what yoga does especially for the average weekend warriors. Yoga is about being strong/comfortable in an extended position. Are there other routines that would help the average golfer: probably. However, yoga is a great place to begin and people can build from there.

Not really. Yoga is going to help you if your mobility struggles, and like I said mobility is important. But you are going to get more out of resistance training in golf and general life. You can do more than adequate mobility work in 15 to 20 minutes.

Fit for golf app
Downloaded this. Hated it.
The app sucks, the routines IMO make no sense, and you need a decent bit of equipment to do them. I can’t walk around in my gym throwing medicine balls. If you have the room in your gym, maybe you’ll get more out of it.
The mobility routine he has doesn’t do much for me either, and I’m not buying the speed trainers.

Downvote me and listen to the 240 lb obese guy, that's fine, but he doesn't know what he's talking about.
You aren't going to get fit stretching 40 minutes a week.

What in the ever living frick are you talking about? I didn't downvote you, frankly i've learned to ignore the majority of your posts as you are just here to try and ryle shite up.
I'm hoping you just replied to me instead of just going with who you are actually trying to reply to.

Check out John Paul Guidry on the Northshore. He’s a doctor of Physical Therapy and Titleist Sports Performance Coach. He specializes in working with golfers on strength training and performance. He does both in person and virtual coaching and has an app based program as well.

I checked him out on social media and messaged back and forth with him a few times, but never ended setting anything up with him. I had to unfollow him on facebook, he posts constantly and it always seems like he's yelling at people for not knowing how to train correctly. All of his posts seem like he's mad at everyone who doesn't use his methods
He seems a bit too intense, I'd be curious to hear opinions on him from anyone who has used him.

I jut went through a few weeks of his twitter. No way I'm getting near that guy. He must not have a lot of clients, because the dude is steady posting on twitter. It's a mix of dumb shite he retweets acting like hes part of the conversation and posting his golf scores.
