Once probate is closed are the duties of the executor complete? Everyone at that point own equal shares of the estate correct? Or does the executor still have power over the estate?

I've been fitted. Lie angle is good. probably just coming across the ball I'm thinking. Just noticed the wear marks recently...was very surprised. Its not way out on the toe, but not dead center either.

is near the toe on all my irons. Any thoughts on the most common cause. I'm a single digit handicap.

My father passed away last August. My brother was named executor. As of today he has not communicated anything, will not list assets, agree to sell properties and has told us that he can do what he wants and does owe any of his siblings any information. Today I was reading the will and wondered what this meant:
I direct that there be an independent administration of my estate, and that my executor serve without bond, and I do specifically waive, insofar as I way, all legal formalities other than the probate of this will, including therein the giving of bond, appraisement, inventory and accounting.

I live in Florida now, but I’m coming back to New Orleans end of July to visit. Thought I’d fly and rent a car. Checked rental car rates…average $145/day. Crazy! I’ll drive instead. I would think this situation is costing airlines big money. Just sharing…

Exactly. It had nothing to do with unoccupied base or 1st baseman not on the bag or whatever nonsense people are spouting.
It had everything to do with unoccupied base. From the pitchers plate, when attempting a pick off, the throw must be to a base or it’s a balk. If you step to first, you must throw to first. Pitcher stepped to first and threw to first baseman who was not at first base. Thus the balk. I know I’ll catch flak, but I know what I’m talking about.

My experience has been mixed. Happy with the irons, but I paid way too much. After sale experience sucks. I was told to come in anytime for lie adjustments or trackman time. Whenever I call for that, I’m told they don’t have time or I have to leave a message and no one calls back. Would not recommend Club Champion to anyone. BTW...I’m talking about the Orlando store.
