he's been to Omaha more times in 14 years(7 trips) than the rest of the program's history (5 trips in 60 years).

So you'll have to define "high successful".

The simple act of being able to snatch a coach from a successful Florida program would be a major flex

Getting O’Sullivan would be like... ...getting CPM.

wrong, would be like getting CPM 12 years younger. CPM was Sullys age in 2009. Something rings a bell about that year hmmm.........

Sully built Florida baseball into a powerhouse.

They were a successful overall program before he took over, but I do think he built them into a powerhouse.

They had only made it out of the regionals 1 time in the previous 8 years before he arrived with 1 CWS appearance in that time. They didn't even make a regional the two years before he arrived and didn't finish over .500 either. They have never missed a regional under him, they won an NC, were runner up and have been to the CWS 7 times under him. He took them to elite status. I think he might even be making the CWS at the highest rate of any active coach.

if Dan Mullen came here to coach football.

That would be funny if Mullen wasn’t the 2nd best coach in the SEC

But then they fired that coach for following that up for have consecutive seasons where he didn't get above .500, so they weren't quite like they are now.

None of us thought Saban was a douche until he left
