Need a little advice, i'm looking for a post workout protein powder just to make my breakfast process a little quicker. I'm 5'10 230 and I am doing orange theory 4-5 days a week. Ultimate goal is to lose weight, but i'm not looking for some miracle snake oil bs. Any suggestions welcome, TIA.

Costco sells the Fairlife 30g protein drinks in chocolate. I drink one post work out then one with my lunch. They are about $22 for a case of 18. Comes out to a dollar and change per drink. Easy. Fast. Gets the box checked.

Love the cookies and cream, but couldn’t find it anywhere for my last reorder. Gourmet chocolate is very good. Mixing with milk >>>> mixing with water.

Great flavor. Mixes well. Low calorie. Basically no carbs.

I use Muscle Pharm. I get the 6 lb bag from Costco. I know it’s not the best on the market, but it’s whey, and it does the job.

The fruity pebbles flavor taste exactly like drinking the leftover milk from a bowl of that divine cereal

Dumb question. But if you are cutting weight, why do you need to add more protein? Does that help you eat less?

I'm not a huge vegan guy at all but someone suggested Aloha to me and I love it. I get the chocolate and it taste so damn good to me that I actually look forward to my shakes instead of dreading them.

I would like to add that the fruity pebbles protein is the best I’ve ever had to the point where I don’t think I’ll ever be able to go back to any other brand or flavor ever.

Eating up to a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight will help your body to preserve muscle mass. In any cut you will lose some muscle with your fat, but if you consume enough protein you will reduce the muscle losses.

They seem to have it. They also seem to be usually the cheapest place for iso100.

It's less about adding protein to my diet, more about having a quick (often on the go) breakfast option that's not unhealthy. I really started ramping up the intensity of my workouts about a month and a half ago with a long term goal of losing weight. I've seen some decent results in that time. I'm not scared of building muscle, but it will be hard with the amount of cardio at OTF.

They’ve got me wanting to try the fruity pebbles one too. Might do that my next reorder.

I’m assuming they’re going milk over water, but no idea if they’re adding anything else. I suffered through mixed with water and the chocolate a few weeks ago when I had already scooped before realizing I didn’t have enough milk. It was a challenge.
