I think the inclusion of OpenSSL is just as interesting as the SQL.

OpenSSL is a software library for applications that secure communications over computer networks against eavesdropping or need to identify the party at the other end. It is widely used by Internet servers, including the majority of HTTPS websites.

It lists SQL Server 2016 as being supported. Guess what comes with SQL Server 2016? SQL Server Management Studio!
Then that which comes with would be listed!

The attorney in this case presented the court video evidence of flipping votes using this.

You still need a program you run from command line.
Which program do you use?
OSql, sqlcmd, heck, a PowerShell script will work wonders.
If they want to prove fraud this way, they need to show when it happened using database auditing tools that are available.
Having SSMS on the machine isn't a great look for a production voting machine, but that's not enough by itself.

Neither of these are interesting, or unusual.

Already introduced a video flipping votes and how using what was found on the machines. SSMS.
Already proven that voter rolls do not match the the ballots.

If there is a database, the data can be manipulated. That's the point of a database. In itself this isn't very noteworthy.

Juvenile and sophomoric...shocker
Bit, to answer your clown example......if solitaire is on the machine, and not certified, then that machines votes can NOT be certified.

LOL. You are a fricking idiot. He is correct - that's how it works. A system is certified with specific software on the machines. If the software on machines used in the election does not match the list, the machine is no longer certified, and the results from that machine should lose their certification too. Any deviation in software - something added or something removed is grounds for disqualification.
