What do you think his “research” findings concluded?
You want me to read it to you? Holy crap. You can’t even read? We know you haven’t read anything and are just shooting your racist mouth off. But now you need me to read to you. Jesus. You are an embarrassment.

You’re the one claiming that his research conclusions are something different than what his titles are alluding to. So, teach me wise guy.

I made no claims. You did. You can’t defend your claims that this guy has written dangerous stuff. Defend yourself. Quote the dangerous ideas.
If you can read.

Hope the new leader will be heavy on education and light on PC bull?? but I am probably wrong.

Race race race race race race race....
Strong work LSU.
And the fact he’s black has no bearing on his qualifications. You could’ve picked Ben Carson and I’d been completely fine with that choice.

Cute little racist hit job thread.
Read his actual CV, LINK. This dude is a super heavy hitter.
Ok I read it. Experience is great, but the publications are monothematic. Maybe he'll be fine, maybe he will want to bring CRT into how LSU is run. If he does, it will fail terribly and contribute to setting society backward about 100 years.

I got you:
quote:
Whiteness is constructed in this society as the absence of the “contaminating” influence of blackness. Thus, “one drop of black blood” constructs one as black, regardless of phenotypic m a r k e r s .8 0 In schooling, the absolute right to exclude was demonstrated initially by denying blacks access to schooling altogether. Later, it was demonstrated by the creation and maintenance of separate schools. More recently it has been demonstrated by white flight and the growing insistence on vouchers, public funding of private schools, and schools of c h o i c e .8 1 Within schools, absolute right to exclude is demonstrated by resegregation via tracking,8 2 the institution of “gifted” programs, honors programs, and advanced placement classes. So complete is this exclusion that black students often come to the university in the role of intruders— who have been granted special permission to be there.
He starts by citing a fallacy to give himself a strawman, then goes on to say that advanced placement courses and related programs are exclusionary to black people because of their race. Of course, to a critical race theorist, this all goes back to some nebulous idea of systemic, inherent racism that isn't clearly defined, consistent from one academic to the next, or even provable. It just exists because they say it exists, and because it's something that only exists within the realm of CRT, is unable to be disproven.

1. Cry racism
2. Ad hominem
Yep, following the playbook perfectly. Please make an actual point or stop posting.

He supports the concept of equity, as opposed to equality.

Is this a quote from his research?
Does he really assert that gifted programs and honors programs are rooted in racism?

The transformation of LSU into SJWU is complete. At this point I don't see universities every turning back from identity politics and wokeism, so not another dollar from me.

More black students at LSU?
He’s obviously a highly intelligent man. That’s something LSU has been lacking from the presidential role
That was a lot of dumb.
My guess is they don't want someone who will make everything about race in an effort to help "race relations" at LSU.

Highly intelligent to think math can be racist. Albert Einstein is Jewish. Science has never been racist.
