Went out like a light switch. Friends and family in Madisonville and parts of Mandeville out.

Update. Estimated restoration 11:50pm

It flickered for a quick second, then stayed on.

I’m in Covington btw.

That’s a bummer on your end though. At least the rain cooled things down somewhat.

But wait....t00f said at like 2:00 today that this storm was a bust for SE Louisiana.

Out here in Madisonville. Read that power is out on 1077 up to the interstate; Target area is out; Coquille is out. Entergy says 11:30; nothing yet from Cleco. Spectrum also has a outage.

EDIT: Cleco also says 11:30.

Went though all the crap last hurricane season, winter storms, and severe weather up to this point and never lost power for a minute. Now someone farts and pfft. Out.
