wonder how he feels about the casting...

movie is being made about New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton's 2012 suspension by the NFL for the Bountygate scandal surrounding his team. The movie will specifically focus on how Payton coached his son's sixth grade football team while not being allowed to call the shots for the Saints.
The Netflix movie will be titled "Home Team," and, while the release date has not yet been made public, it was announced on Monday that comedian Kevin James will portray Payton.

The studio is simultaneously filming the remake with Idris Elba.

I hope they spend some time on that little single wing team that beat his arse twice.

My kid and some of his school friends were offered parts as football players. I think a few of the boys made it but the requirements were ridiculous. Miss school a couple weeks in April, a few weeks in June and July too. Possibly stay in a bubble hotel area and use tutors. Only $150 a day and a food and hotel paid for. Of course a parent had to be on set at all times too. No way I was going through all that for my kid to have a bit part in a Sandler and pals flick.

Is this supposed to be a comedy? Cause I don't see KJ doing anything serious.

There's no school in June and July. $150/day is frick you money for a high schooler.

I don't agree with the Kevin James , should have casted a black actor as the head coach of the New Orleans Saints for this fictional story. They need to also make the Quarterback a closet homosexual too of course. This is the criteria for movies now a days.

Wondering if they will show his running around with more than a few Saints Sensations?

They cast a notoriously fat actor to play Crossfit Sean Payton??

Should've got Ben Stiller

I don’t even get why this is worthy of a movie. Of all the stories out there to tell...this? A bullshite coach suspension that happened just a few years ago?

Kenny Chesney with some hair glued on would be more believable
