Corporations are an organization of people, just like governments.

Eventually a person has to act for a corporation to do anything.

No. Then a business can't fire an employee who says something that reflects poorly on the business or enforce a dress code that encroaches on their freedom of expression. I don't think postal employees should be exercising the 2nd amendment in the workplace. And are we going to have jury trials to terminate a bad employee?

Haven't we bitched this entire time that government needs to stay out private businesses and now you're asking if the constitution should get involved?

I'd settle for massive campaign finance reform.

Corporations, entities, people, dogs, and cats are all limited to $25 per candidate per year.

Pacs - gone or prohibited from sponsoring, creating or running political ads.

Lysander Spooner exposed the hypocrisy of the constitution before the civil war.

It’s pretty much worthless and has been since John Marshall was appointed to the court.

It already applies to corporations - corporations are just people acting collectively for a purpose through a fictional corporate legal identity.

It's not like corporations are rocks, gemstones or chimpanzees.

quote:

apply?
Are you suggesting (1) that corporation should be entitled to the same Constitutional protections as natural persons OR (2) that corporations should be subject to the same Constitutional limitations as governmental entities.
