Its a fact that the American people don't actually understand these numbers or the actual severity of the virus.
there was a poll recently that the vast majority of people believed that over 50% of people infected with COVID had to be hospitalized.
I believe the actual number is around 1%.

I DO think the mask mandate, barring a real 4th wave, will end sometime in May-ish as I've said before.

My dad got the second dose of moderna 2 months ago and he can’t sleep bc of the giant rash it has caused. I wouldn’t get it
