Literally heard this at the top of the hour for the first time. My first thought went to

“how many ghost guns are used in crimes ?”

The world doesn’t have enough problems for the left. They have to invent more of them so that they can then claim to be solving them.

Has anyone seen stories of crimes using them??

Is that even a thing?

Apparently one was used in the Capitol shooting, since it took them three months to rule it a homicide.

Hard to spot those ghost guns.

None. fricking none. Mass shooting psychos and gang members aren’t assembling their own weapons.

I can only hope this country will one day wake up and realize that that majority of their problems come from the ineptness of their political leaders.

Colion Noir was interviewed this morning. He addressed this and called out the deflection. He said politicians were afraid to roll up their sleeves and tackle the root cause.

He also had a hat with an AR and "I Will Not Comply". I plan on getting a t-shirt.

The Lazy Pistol

Today, I placed my Colt Model 1911 .45 cal. automatic pistol on the table right next to my kitchen door. I left its full magazine beside it, then left it alone and went about my business.
While I was gone, the mailman delivered my mail, the next door neighbor mowed the yard, a girl walked her dog down the street, and quite a few cars stopped at the "stop" sign near the front of my house.
After about an hour, I checked on the gun It was quietly sitting there, right where I had left it. It had not moved itself outside. It had not killed anyone. Certainly, even with the numerous opportunities it had presented to do that. In fact, it had not even loaded itself.
Well you can imagine my surprise, with all the hype by the Politicians and their propaganda media, about how dangerous guns are and “How they” kill people. Either the media is wrong, or I'm in possession of the laziest gun in the world.
The United States is 3rd in murders throughout the world. But if you take out just 5 'left-wing' cities:Chicago, Detroit, Washington DC, St Louis and New Orleans--the United States is 4th FROM THE BOTTOM, in the ENTIRE world, for murders.
These 5 cities are controlled by Democrats. They also have the toughest gun control laws in the USA.
It would be absurd to draw any conclusions from this data, right?
Well, I'm off to check on my spoons. I hear they're making people fat!

At least this invention isn't expected to start a war costing thousands of lives and unknown billions/trillions of dollars.

Give Joe time and he will start war though.

This really IS the relevant question.

If the true goal of "gun control" is the prevention of crime, do you do anything toward the realization of that goal by prohibiting a class of weapon that is simply NOT used in crime (for a variety of reasons)?

And it is a question that will remain unanswered. The fact that 80% of gun crimes are committed with handguns illustrates their goal. They are eating the elephant one bite at a time and starting with the tail.

This is exactly it. The issue of “ghost guns” is nowhere near as important as the issue of whether the president can enact gun control measures via fiat. If they get away with this, they will keep doing it. This needs to be challenged viciously every single step of the way.

I've built a couple P80 glocks which technically fall in the ghost gun category. They aren't easy to build and take a lot of patience. They end up being more costly than something with a serial number. Criminals aren't taking the time to buy and build these things. They are buying serialized throw away guns that can't be traced back to them.
