Def a a-hole, but most of the noncyclist yelling was warranted.
If an area sets up bike lanes separate from both the sidewalk and the road.....it’s for that alone.

He's a coward - makes sure he confronts people who won't do anything back. Some biker or brother will eventually knock him off that bike and kick his arse.

I don't know, I kind of agree with the cyclist. Keep your arse out of the bike lane, show just a little bit of situational awareness.
