I actually felt for this dude, as it appears a couple of times they knocked him off his bike.

But in one of the videos, he goes right through a red light with a cop waiting at the light. He then says on the camera, I bet the cop won't chase me for running the red light. Now I hope he gets knocked off every time.

This is my biggest gripe with cyclists. They believe they don't have to follow the rules of the road.

yeah, that dude has an arse whipping in his future,

There was a guy that used to taunt cars that he blocked on Perkins and Bluebonnet in Baton Rouge at rush hour. Eventually he got flattened by a drunk driver that wasn't paying attention.

It's a matter of time before this guy runs into an open car door or gets hit by a cab.

They're no different on trails. Entitled bastards.

If you are on an MTB-only trail you deserve to get run the frick over, which would be the analog to the video in the OP.

I know tOT hates cyclists but anyone that spends a few thousand miles on a bike on the road, bike lanes, and trails will learn peds and drivers are far more "entitled".

About two weeks ago I was grinding up a root/rock-strewn greasy single-track ascent on an MTB-only trail* and two day hikers were coming down it. We were staring right at each other but they refused to move out of the trail, they did move to one side but that was right into the only viable line. Of course, they had no idea that on an MTB trail the bike going uphill ALWAYS has the right of way.

*it is a mixed-use trail limited to bikes on some days and horses on others but hikers are always prohibited
