As spring training starts today, please remind yourself to not believe a word Orgeron says

Last spring/summer the guy could not have been more wrong about literally everything he said. It was actually extremely interesting to see everything he talked about and have the exact opposite happen repeatedly.

I hope he's meeting with the guys. Last year, he seemed to have lost touch with the team. A lot of "well, he hasn't spoken to me about it"...

"Coach speak" is a term for a reason. The only time coaches are totally candid is after a game when they lose their cool.

the 2019 season was the perfect storm for LSU greatness(all time football greatness,) I'm starting to wonder how much input O actually had on it

i learned a long time ago to ignore basically anything any head coach says in spring

LSU finished #6 in the nation the year before. 2020 is the outlier. If 2021 turns out to be a disaster then I think we need to be concerned.

The spring and summer before that he told us we had a NC caliber QB and our offense would be legit.
Just cuz he missed on the evaluation one year doesn't mean his words hold no value.
