Please don't let him back on the team. This guy is an absolutely cancer that we do not need in the locker room

You're welcome. Trying to help everyone out here.
As spring training starts today, please remind yourself to not believe a word Orgeron says

Last spring/summer the guy could not have been more wrong about literally everything he said. It was actually extremely interesting to see everything he talked about and have the exact opposite happen repeatedly.

Don’t worry, he’s coming
Van Gundy attacked the NBA today for supposedly “valuing money over safety”

Interesting. I wonder what Van Gundy values? He clearly doesn’t value keeping the worst team in the west from putting up 140 on us at home. He clearly doesn’t value Zion Williamson as he has wasted a year of his prime to take to Twitter and be an activist.
I’m honestly so tired of this fat arse. If he wants to be a political activist, go join the DNC or something, I don’t care. Just stop wasting Zion’s prime. If you disagree with a word I said please shoot me a private message and I will give you the number of my psychologist.

SVG is about to give up 130+ to the Timberwolves.

But hey at least he was tweeting incessantly about who Ron DeSantis pardoned this morning.
Nothing like developing a game plan to keep Anthony Edwards under 30 points right after coming to the defense of some random criminal in Florida. Glad he has his priorities straight. I’m so confident in this team moving forward!

Let’s talk about what SVG has and hasn’t done since he’s been here: HASNT DONE: 1)fix our defense- which is remarkable because this was his calling card and the reason he was hired. Nice. 2) developed NAW or Hayes- both have severely regressed 3) used a consistent rotation- absolutely nothing resembling competence 4) made us remotely competitive- we are 6 games under 500 and have a guy putting up better numbers than shaq. Sweet HAS DONE: 1) Made a political statement once a week 2) Advocated to stop playing the national anthem before games 3) completely wasted a half year of Zion. To put this in NFL terms- we hired an offensive coordinator, made him HC, and his offense and QB suck. You are basically going to bat for Matt Nagy. Unbelievable
Holy cow this is spot on. Frick SVG

Crying about Texas reopening makes SVG a snowflake.

100%. I’m sure he’s going to FaceTime Jacob Blake before giving up 70 to the heat in the first half tomorrow. Looking forward to it.
Why does this happen every year?
Posted by Randpaul29 on 2/22/21 at 5:58 pm
I swear every February we are duking it out with some shite hole Louisiana team in Alex box. It’s incredible. It’s almost like LSU is contractually obligated to lose to schools with less than 10,000 students. Looking forward to putting Oral Roberts and Youngstown State in the CWS next week.
I seriously hope Crews transfers. Maneiri is wasting his talent.

Everyone is saying 2022? Why when literally everyone will have a vaccine by then? What is the stopping point for you guys? Why not just call it 2024 then?
Orgeron: Myles Brennan 'looks like he's full speed right now'
Posted by Randpaul29 on 2/10/21 at 11:41 am
WWL Link
"Tigers head coach Ed Orgeron told WWL’s Bobby Hebert and Kristian Garic Tuessday that Brennan has looked healthy in workouts.
'Yeah, he looks full go right now,' Orgeron said. 'We're only going through walkthrough right now, but he's in the weight room. He’s doing everything that the team does. He's throwing with the team after when the coaches are not on the field. He looks like he's full speed right now.'
The 6-foot-4, 210-pound passer out of Mississippi completed 60 percent of his passes for 1,112 yards and 11 touchdowns against three interceptions in LSU’s first three games."
Finally, we get a word on Myles Brennan. It took about 6 months for him to recover from a non-surgery injury, but he's fine now.

If you're ever having a bad day...

Just remember that Alabama had one of their best ever football seasons during a pandemic where there was virtually no tailgating, a fraction of fans in stadiums, and not near the level of national excitement that comes along with a normal CFB season. I would almost call it a waste.
I mean could you imagine our 2019 season if it was during a pandemic? No roaring crowd when Burrow takes a deep shot to Chase late in the 4Q against Florida. No outer conference regular season game where we go into UT and win on the final drive on 3rd and 17. No going into Tuscaloosa and Burrow lighting up Bama in front of 100k fans and 16 million viewers at home. Only two games in the entire year during the Pandemic edged that viewership out, and those were playoff games. Remember the hype around that season but now imagine not being able to attend games or tailgates. Holy frick. And with the Natty in Nola, not being able to party after the win or even attend the game because Latoya shut the city down? Holy shite, that would suck major cock.
We're honestly very lucky that we lined up our rebuilding year with this pandemic. Would genuinely be pissed to be a Bama fan right now.

Day to day for 6 fricking months? Look, I don't need access to his medical records, but it would be somewhat nice to get an update for the organization about what his status is? It's wild how literally no on knows what's going on.

Never in my life have I seen someone get injured in a game, be listed as "questionable" the next game, and then go on to literally be unable to play in another game for the next 3 months, THEN to still only being "80%" a solid 6 months later when absolutely nothing happened in between.
I mean what the hell happened? How do you guy from possibly playing in the very next game to STILL not being 100% 6 months later? He is either re-injuring this on a daily basis or his doctors literally have no idea what's going on. To add on to this, the doctors that have been monitoring him this entire time STILL don't know if they are going to go the surgery route? Spring ball literally starts in a month. Is he going to magically be 100% at that point?
There has been hardly any coverage on his injury condition at all besides the occasional obscure 247 sports article every 4 months, and pretty much everyone on this board apparently thinks this is some normal thing because it rarely brought up. This is easily the most bizarre situation I've ever experienced with LSU football.
And the funny thing about this is that even after reading this post, which people will probably down-vote, not a single one of them will be able to give a rational explanation as to what is going on. The kid was literally questionable for a football game a 6 months ago and now he's somehow still injured without playing a snap since, and the doctors still have no clue what to do. I find this absolutely remarkable.

Wow, I’m on the verge of tears as I type this. But I have to say that serving as a dedicated, hard-working American under Trump’s America for the last 4 years has been the absolute honor of my lifetime. I will never forget this flourishing period of America’s history before the China virus gave Dems what they’ve alway wanted: autonomous control over their citizens and the shift of power from small, local businesses to mega cap tech companies.
For those who despised the Trump presidency, let me leave you with a favorite quote of mine from Virgil’s Aeneid: “forsan et haec olim meminisse iuvabit.” Roughly translating to: “Perhaps one day it will please us to remember even these things”.
Lastly, I shall depart with a quote from when this all began, Trump’s inauguration speech: “...that whether we are black or brown or white, we all bleed the same red blood of patriots, we all enjoy the same glorious freedoms, and we all salute the same great American Flag.” Wow.
It is time to settle in for the Great Sleep. Good luck to us all and frick Scott Woodward.
