Your steroid dealer called. He needs you to bring him what you have left of your stash and bail him out of jail.

Nothing like the forever single gym guys who are incredibly vain about their body. Only thing worse is the 50 year old body building women who get their navals pierced.

Don’t workout at all anymore. That is for the 18-30 crowd with nothing else to do except try to validate themselves in this competitive world.

I am 50, already married the beautiful wife at 28. Have 4 kids ages 21-10 who are high achievers due in part to very engaged parenting, earn a good enough living to do the things my wife and I want to do and when we want to do it. Height of 6 feet and 196 lbs. Not ripped anymore, but not fat either. Don’t have time to chase my perfect body anymore. There are much more important things to enjoy with my family.

But for you young bucks, I understand the mentality. I was there in my 20s and 30s. It fades unless you are a loser in your 40s or 50s and it is all that you have to make you feel some sort of achievement.

What an absolutely awful post.

It’s safe to say I’m probably more muscular than 99.4% on this board. Women don’t even call my penis a Penis. They call it a tallywhacker

considering less than 10% of us males 15 and up lift weights... I would say most. maybe 5% of the OT does a leg day.

Let me ask you a question though....what about people like me who think having a dedicated day just for legs is retarded and perform full body higher frequency work? are we children also?

How many of you gym rats skip working on your yard, maintaining your house, maintaining your vehicles, and giving your wife the big OOooooooooooo?

I do all of those things. I also get the kids ready for school everyday, cooking almost everyday, bring the older 2 to travel ball practice 6 days a week, bring the youngest to tee ball practice 3 times per week while coaching tball and help coach one of the travel ball teams.

I also train my oldest two in lifting 3 times per week. Also make everyone of their tournaments on the weekends and never miss a game.

What i dont do is watch 2-3 hours of tv a night and then claim I do not have enough time to workout or diet properly because I am so busy and exhausted.

stop making excuses for being a fatty.

My wife is one who does. When we met I was still a track cyclist aka a quadzilla with 2200-2300 watt peak output and 27.5" thighs. We moved to an area without a track cycling team and I shifted to full road though still a sprint specialist. She used to complain about how small my thighs had gotten when they dropped down to 26" "chicken legs".

Yeah, they definitely notice more than some think.

LOL, you're wayyyyyyy more likely to hurt yourself squatting on a smith machine than with a bar. You don't know what a macro is, but you understand the bio mechanics of lifting huh? Take your 135 bench and get on down the road and kick rocks

like mingo said...you are a fricking expert now? Bitch you are fat and came on the H&F board asking for supplements to get swole with your whole 135 lbs bench.

But now you are an expert on lifting mechanics? You should prolly STFU and go read barbell prescription by andy baker before running your mouth about things you have no clue about.

Kick rocks bitch

Objectively, yes, it can be. Subjectively, based on modern U.S. standards where the average woman is in the 160s, etc., I guess you're right. I haven't given up on life though.
