Haha yeah she's so awful. Also went off on a tangent mocking the Canada study

Interesting that an autopsy doesn't show signs of drowning.

If this is true, I would've lost that bet for sure

All I know in this trial is Eric Nelson is great. He's masterful at questioning and planting reasonable doubt.

This lady just said cause of death was a homicide. Pretty positive she's not in a position to make that claim.

So it would have been ruled an overdose if he died at home with those exact same drug concentrations then how is that not reasonable doubt that the knee is what killed him?

"Was Mr. Floyd talking when he was being subdued?"

"There's a lot of variability involved"

What did she go off on saying something was amazing?

He's been brilliant and nearly flawless, but I've long since resigned myself to the fact that Chauvin is not "walking" anywhere.

She was talking about a Canadian study that reviewed 3000 prone position arrests where none of those put in the prone position died. She said "isn't that amazing, I'm not sure what they are doing differently" implying that our police are rougher than Canadian police

I can see a scenario where he is found guilty here and it later reversed on appeal.

It's great how Nelson rips them apart then the black man gets all mad and can tell he has to recoach the witness. If I was a juror, id find the state completely incompetent

This forensic pathologist just got eviscerated by Nelson

She admitted that if she found Floyd in his house dead she would say his heart disease was the cause of death. She said she has listed the cause of death being the heart for people with healthier hearts than his.

She didn’t know the abrasions on his body were in a linear pattern because she “didn’t really look at them that closely”

She said drugs can cause asphyxia

The prosecution has to be so pissed. Nelson might call this one back as his witness too

Clearly the State is going to call witnesses who will say what they want but this woman owns a pussy hat, right?

I loved when he asked the witness if Floyd was at a pool in Florida
