Ha, the one thing she didn't have an opinion on at the end there. Just wow.

Also shocked she didn't have an opinion on the last question
"Would you prescribe meth for a patient that has an enlarged heart"

Especially considering, he had no physical signs of manual asphyxiation.
So it would have been ruled an overdose if he died at home with those exact same drug concentrations then how is that not reasonable doubt that the knee is what killed him?

I don't watch many trials so maybe this is par for the course for expert witnesses, but man she is an activist. Laughing along with the prosecutor and answering quickly for the state. Meanwhile she is noncommittal and slow for the defense, receiving Nelson's questions with a patronizing, puzzled/concerned expression on her face.

White women are so dumb they support this shite and will eventually be at the bottom again. It's frustrating when women bitch about toxic masculinity, but poor druggy who broke the law.
Hypothetical: would Floyd be alive if he didn't cause an illegal act? I say probably.

I f I was on the jury, I would find her transparent. She is on a mission to say DC killed GF and not vary from what the prosecutors coached her to say. She is almost combative to Nelson. It is obvious why she is there. She is biased, and trained to get DC.

He should have said, if the prone position is unsafe, why are we putting people with a respiratory virus on their stomach

ETA: This trial is a clown show. There is no way on earth anyone watching could be remotely convinced this was 2nd degree murder. Or even 3rd degree. Only shot is manslaughter, and that will be a stretch

The way she casually dismissed that "Canadian Study", (which since it went to publication, I'm sure was peer reviewed) because it didn't match her personal "theories" was a bit peculiar.
She could have at least offered an explanation of why the physiology of Canadians is any different.
Yeah, I think she definitely outed herself as an activist.

All of the prosecutions' witnesses have been activists.

She literally said she thinks "DC needs to be put in jail for the rest of this life and then burn on hell for what he did to that poor black man." I never argued with her and said I'd let the trial play out before I formed my opinion. She became combative with me because I wouldn't discuss it with her.
Oddly enough, I haven't heard a fricking peep out of her this week.

He is going to get convicted because of that sentiment regardless of what is demonstrated in court. That or the fear in the jurors that they might be the supposed reason for more looting, arson and murder.

You best go show that old woman what's up, jk
. Good that she's watching. It's crazy how unfair this trial is.

I find it interesting that the mid forties female white juror disclosed to the judge this morning that her mother in law sent her a text last night saying- not a good day for the defense.... she said she didn’t respond and the judge said no improper conduct...
does this mean her mother in law is for or against the defense?
And does that tell us anything about this juror?
