IF DC had shown any regard for GF's life then GF would still probably be alive today (if covid didnt get him ).

If George Floyd had any regard for his own life, he would have made better choices and wouldn’t be a drug addict, he would still be alive. Play stupid games win stupid prizes. I look forward to the not guilty verdict of Chauvin and the black community does what it does best, play the racism and victim card and use it to destroy the place they live. Never learn.

And it will get maybe a week at most being that it is not an election year. I don’t want to use the words “they”, but the whole GF movement was purely political. And this is coming from someone who lives in downtown Denver and saw the protest which consisted of mainly white people.

I would say that the majority on this thread do not think GF was a shitbag. I’ve had friends and family die from overdoses.

It is the political nature of this trial that has gotten everyone swept up.

I am not sure where you live, but when I walk down the 16th street mall and see a sunglass hut looted in the name of George Floyd, that is what gets everyone upset.

Gonna depend on the media. They are the ones that do the racial narrative. Personally I could care less since Trump was *voted* out of office. I say don’t shite where you eat but this is the liberal mindset now. They wanted Trump to do something the last time but he didn’t cause he knew they were baiting him. Now let’s see if it helps the lefts agenda.

If you point a gun at a pregnant woman’s stomach, a shitbag is the nicest thing I would call him.

He did that? If he did then I recant my previous statement.

ETA: If so, he should be in the lowest circle of hell, on drugs or not.

if DC had been reasonable and listened to his colleagues all this may have been avoided

If the guy that OD'd on drugs had listened to what he was being told he could have been taken to the hospital and still be alive. And all of this would have been avoided and no one would have ever heard about this event or the criminal George Floyd.

So it’s your position that no matter where in the United States GF got arrested, if he exhibited the exact same behavior, he would have died precisely the same way

It happened to this guy in Dallas. He wasn't even black and he is the one who called the police. This guy was the original George Floyd but since he was white you never heard of him.

Tony Timpa - wailed and pleaded for help more than 30 times as Dallas police officers pinned his shoulders, knees and neck to the ground.

“You’re gonna kill me! You’re gonna kill me! You’re gonna kill me!”

to do with DC's reckless disregard for his role in danger to GF's life

GF had reckless disregard for his life. Why shouldn't DC. If GF had of listened to the police he may be alive today.

GF has a arrest record a mile long, robbed a pregnant woman at gun point and then beat her after robbing her. Among Loads of other arrest... this dude was a complete POS. what killed Floyd was the meth & fentanyl cocktail he was on, Not chauvin I HOPE chauvin gets the not guilty verdict and the jury is not influenced by the Blacks that are just waiting to loot and riot. Give chauvin time served and not allow him to work as a cop anymore for use of excessive force and middle finger to GF

And let’s be real, as many times has GF has been hand cuffed and in the back of a police car he should have been very comfortable and used to being in the back of the cop car him claiming to be claustrophobic and resisting and fighting the police to not get in was a way of him just trying to get away

You're determined to die on those mountain of lies. Anyone with an IQ above 70 and working eyes and ears now knows that everyone has been lied to. Floyd is dead due to George Floyd.

Was George Floyds death senseless and avoidable? You damn right it was but when you decide to spend your life committing crimes and swallowing pills that you have no idea what the fricks in them, because your pharmacist is a low life street thug, you shouldn't be suprised when you drop dead.

Floyd spent time in prison for that but he also pistol whipped her. Floyd was a drug addict felon. He cared only about getting high. His rap sheet in Texas alone is a mile long. Karma finally caught up with him.

He fought to keep from going to jail because he had just scored drugs and didn't want to miss out using them. He was already high as it was.

I don't think they think he was a shitbag because he died from an overdose.

I think they think he was a Whitney because he took part in a home invasion and multiple other crimes, was just caught using a counterfeit bill, and was a lifelong addict.

Dying from an overdose has nothing to do with it. It was more being a lifelong criminal and a generally shitty person.

The fact that he died while resisting police after ingesting a large amount of fentanyl after being arrested for passing a counterfeit bill also goes into the equation.

good question.

In the case of an unintentional homicide, having reckless disregard meets criteria for 2nd degree murder.

So what do you think the chances of rioting and looting kick up again when ever this trial is over?

I think it’s going to start up strong again because I just can’t see them giving him a murder & manslaughter charge

Messed up part is he will most likely get convicted because of the fact that they know the blacks are going to go rioting and looting if he is not they are all scared little btches that won’t stand up and say GF was a POS that deserved to die, Chauvin may have used exessive force but didn’t kill the POS that was career criminal with a arrest record a mile long that died from a overdose

They won’t be unanimous in either direction.

This is going to be a hung jury and a mistrial.
