If GF hadn’t been a dope head he would probably still be alive today if the Covid didn’t get him.

IF DC had shown any regard for GF's life then GF would still probably be alive today (if covid didnt get him ).

the cops knew GF had no pulse for 2 minutes before attempting any type of life saving measure. This shows disregarded for the danger to GF's life. This was despite his colleagues regard for GF's life as they asked DC to alter his restraint. if DC had been reasonable and listened to his colleagues all this may have been avoided and GF would be alive in jail with no national riots etc.

It's been settled that a police officer's "deliberate indifference" to a substantial risk of serious harm to an individual violates the Eighth Amendment. See Farmer v. Brennan, 511 U.S. 825 (1994).

Derek was a Düsseldorf that day.  And, Floyd was Derek's victim.

Again, get on here to find AMS doing his SJW bs. GTFO. We’re looking for facts. If you are looking for a narrative, go to CNN. Stop wasting our time. This is a criminal trial, where if the defense can cast any credible doubt, DC walks free. And, the prosecution has already done a good job of showing credible doubt already.

GF was a druggie. He had too much drugs in his system. Could it have caused a dangerous side effect? The guy was dancing like the tooth fairy minutes before his arrest. DC should walk.

yup. this case is a slam dunk.

Cops get convicted for killing subdued and restrained intoxicated people, plenty of similar cases with similar convictions. It is hilariously ironic the mental gymnastics folks go through due to a purely emotional overreaction to libtard SJWs going apeshit with riots.

Whats obvious? That the dude OD'd and would have died no matter what position he was in? That the cops accomodated him in every way to make him comfortable? He was resisting arrest and ate enough drugs to OD.

They should have just thrown his arse in the car ans drove off. Let him die in a holding cell.

no. and I already agreed the homicide was not race related, but it was obviously due to DC's reckless disregard for GF's life, with or without GF being a shitbag.
