I wonder when he talks about not being back to normal if he means things like full and open international travel. It would make sense that we would restrict travel from places that haven’t had a full vaccine rollout.

It sounds like he was speaking Globally which is probably true. Talking about the US being back to normal and every country in the world being back to normal are two different discussions.

The DOD is supposed to be hosting a "virtual town hall" with Fauci and the new racist Secretary of Defense soon.
They are going to try to convince more servicemembers to get the vaccine because when they started offering it to us, less than 50% wanted it.

Yeah that can be it too. I’ve just seen explanations from people talking about “no return to normal” and it was all shite like unrestricted international travel and stuff that I don’t really care about. So I just wonder what his definition of normal is.
