Like breaded and fried? From reading up on this diet, that's not allowed. And I think the trade-off for eating only meat would be to prepare it as healthy as possible. Like grilled or oven roasted.
No, I mean sticking with 100% protein but frying as an alternative to mix it up from time to time. Like fried chicken or fried fish

You'll lose weight at the same rate eating a keto diet as you would eating a high fiber, high protein, high carb, low fat diet.

Real true carnivore is straight meat. Frying is going to introduce carbs and oils. I wouldn't make a habit of it, but it's not the end of the world either.

I think deep frying something (unless frying it naked) would be a violation of the diet

Is it overall healthy?
if you do not get suffecient vitamins in some form or another...no. If you do...its fine
You will have a noticable dip in performance though.
In a normal healthy person 95+% of health benifits of any diet come from the fat loss itself. Plenty of studies and meta-analysis show that once you equate for energy expenditure and protein and equalize those you get:
1) consistent body fat loss across the board, no matter the diet. I.E. consistency is much more important than type of diet
2) health benifits of any particular diet is over blown, that includes any form of keto, intermittent fasting etc

Do you basically shite a piece of firewood a few times a week?
for most that is individual and will depend on how much fat you actually intake, when you intake it, if you include veggies at all....etc etc

I love meat and tend to go keto/carnivorish when trying to cut as I personally find it fits the foods I like to eat better, but i could never go completely carnivore. I have done strictly steak and eggs, but still prefer to have a small salad or other green veggies if for nothing else just for the sake of having something different.

Is the testosterone boost noticeable?
The studies show an increase in individuals that start strength training and begin eating in a slight caloric deficit so long as the diet maintains adequate protien to support the individuals particular lean body mass.
The latest study from Wilson showed an average increase of around 100 ng/dl for keto diet and around 30 ng/dl, so roughly a 70-75 point difference on average. I do not think most people, unless they are already suffering from low testosterone, are going to notice that kind of uptick.
For the average 30-50 year old male, that is only an increase of 10-15%. Its not like the keto diet is going to put you up in the 1100 ng/dl range

TL:Dr:
1) Carnivore can be healthy if micronutrition is ingested
2) You can lose weight on carnivore, but body fat loss is the same as all other diets and depends on caloric deficit and amount of protein consumed due to dietary induced thermogensis. So just pick a way of eating that will allow you to be consistant.
3) I would not recommend jumping straight to carnivore

I think my performance has gotten better eating carnivore probably the last 25 of 30 days.

You can
You can lose weight if you limit those calories, but you won’t be healthy.

Being a healthy weight, no matter how achieved has been shown to lead to longevity over being obese.

Eating only twinkies will not lead you to be a healthy person though. Healthier than a 500lb lardass, yes. Healthy though, no

If you eat only twinkies at a healthy weight or the most "healthy" diet, but are obese the data points to the twinkie person living longer.

There's no evidence that you wouldn't be unhealthy either. Point is, being not fat puts you way ahead of the average American either way.
My original post was replying to Centinel saying you can't lose weight eating ONLY junk food, which is verifiedly false.

you might be an exception. I am speaking on average.
Study on effects of Trained Women
New Zealand study on endurance athletes
In general though for the average non athlete person, you usually only have the dip in performance until you are fat adapted. Now if using the keto diet to lose body fat i.e. caloric deficit, then you will see performance decrease due to the caloric deficit even after fat adapted.
In trained individuals a loss of body weight and a caloric deficit will normally lead to a dip in performance, no matter the style of diet used.
Couple of interesting meta-analysis show that when not in a caloric deficit and protien is equalized across the board...there is little difference in both strength and hypertrophy. LINK
Like i said in my other post....no matter your goals consistency is key. The only real things that matter are calories and protein everythign else depends on consistency. That goes when trying to put on muscle or shed body fat. Whatever way of eating gets you to remain compliant....well that is the healthiest diet for YOU.
Sure optimally I would want everyone to get on the renaissance periodization and eat perfect and kill it with 6 meals per day, but that shite dont work for everyone in the real world. and once you equate for calories and protien.......well all the other shite makes up about 5% of the total results.

He said you “can’t lose weight AND BE HEALTHY eating only junk food”
Weight loss is simple “calories in vs calories out”. Health is far more than that

We don't know that, all we KNOW is less weight equals better health.

FTR there are plenty of studies and meta analysis that show that 95% or so of health benifits from any diet come from the fat loss itself, not the macro & mirco nutrient breakdown of any particular diet.
im not saying eating only twinkies are healthy, but if you are in a caloric deficit and eating plenty of protein to support you goals then having a twinkie or two daily is not going to be much different than eating that same amount of carbs from brown rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc. Very Very little difference in overall health markers and fat loss and any differences would be within a statistical range of error. Even getting all of your carbs from that kind of source is not going to make a diffence so long as you remain compliant.
There in lies the issue though. Twinkies provide very little postive effects on satiation and in general would lead to people overeating.
So in the end Mingo is correct and technically you are too, just not for the reasons you assume.

That's not what I said jackass. This is what I said:

then I should be able to lose weight and remain healthy eating nothing but a high sugar diet of candy and pie.
Your example you provided drank a daily protein shake, drank whole milk, and had a daily intake of vegetables.

trained women are just the average women that has been weight training. and the second study was showing the effects on endurance atheletes
but if you read the rest of my post you would see that i did say in general the meta analysis show that in a caloric surplus, once protein and calories are equated the dip in performance is not that statistically meaningful. Therefore most of the dip comes from the caloric deficit itself once a person is excreting ketones i.e. fat adapted.
I guess your point is that the average american is not trained at all and this doesnt apply and i would agree. Starting a keto diet and begining serious resistance training is going to bring about very favorable performance improvements and body comp improvments. LINK
Even in the military this is the case. LINK
For individuals that depend on weight classes it is also a very viable option LINK
in the end though, everyone should just find the diet that allows them to stay consistently in a caloric deficit and consume a proper amount of protein. if you do that consistently you will acheive your goals.
If you are looking to start keto, i recommend a science based approach with Ketogains
