Why would you have to round up/down to use the DDS?

I know someone who blew a .4 The guy was a model alcoholic so this was no big deal for him. He probably did it everyday and one day finally got caught. They immediately brought him to the hospital. He’s out of jail now. Reformed I believe.

I can only imagine how bad the hangover would have been if he did not get some fluids at the hospital

That guy went into full on withdrawals and likely had to be medically detoxed if he was drinking enough to be functioning at a .77 BAC

I know someone that was hospitalized with a .4333 blood alcohol. I know that for a fact because I saw the printout. To say he was fricked up is an understatement.

He was in detox 2-3 days later.

That's not a meter/breathillizer, that's a blood draw. And I 100% guarantee it was ran on more than once on more than one machine per protocol.

And I believe it.

Articles always say this like the legal limit is high to begin with.

For a 200lb male that’s 33 shots in 5 hours

wrong.

33x.02 per shot = .66 minus .02 per hour your liver handles.

More like 43.5 shots over a 5 hour period
