The administrator, Dr. Princess Dennar, was the first and only Black woman to hold the role of program director. She filed a lawsuit in October alleging racism and sexism on the part of the university and top administrators. It is one of several discrimination suits filed against the university in the past several years, all of which are still ongoing. “I believe my termination from the position is a direct result of the allegations,” Dennar told the Lens Friday afternoon.

One sure fire way to keep a job... sue your employer multiple times.

How did she get that job in the first place?

Shouldn't she be happy? Who wants to keep working at a racist and sexist place, especially if you're a black woman.

Fun fact. Your boss doesn’t need to have a reason to fire you in the state of Louisiana. He/She can just walk in and stay kick rocks.

Another example of how soft black people are. She probably wasn't qualified to begin with, and after time all they could do was fire her.

That’s a very interesting lipstick choice...

doesn't mean a black/female won't immediately go for the race/sex card, a pretty safe bet she'll get a settlement out of it, Tulane can't defend itself too strenuously rules don't apply anymore in the case of someone crying racism

Sucks for Tulane. Cajuns fired a football coach that was like 3-30 in his career and it took them 15 years to finally get his racial discrimination lawsuit thrown out.
