That’s a very interesting lipstick choice...

One of my first thoughts as well.

I'd be hesitant if my doctor walked in the room with "Princess" on her coat and silver lips.

Nah, I don't have an opinion either way on why she was fired because I don't know.

But just making shite up helps nothing.

Fun fact. Your boss doesn’t need to have a reason to fire you in the state of Louisiana. He/She can just walk in and stay kick rocks.

You are correct, La is a employees at will state unless there is a employment contract. The position this woman held probably came with a employment contract with very specific conditions that would have to be met to result in her termination.

doesn't mean a black/female won't immediately go for the race/sex card, a pretty safe bet she'll get a settlement out of it, Tulane can't defend itself too strenuously ? rules don't apply anymore in the case of someone crying racism

Should tell you right there how terrible she was at her job, that they're willing to pay a huge settlement just to be rid of her.

the change came after an outside accreditation group, the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education “placed the program Dr. Dennar was directing on ‘warning status.’”

“This status change triggered an automatic review of the program by the Graduate Medical Education Committee, which is comprised of diverse Tulane faculty and medical residents from across the school and individuals from other institutions. It was the recommendation of this committee to remove Dr. Dennar as director.”

Huh, so not related to her race or sex at all, but rather her poor job performance that was affecting the education of her pediatric residents.

So she probably got hired because of her race/sex and is now claiming that she got fired for those reasons?

According to the article, the program under her stewardship had accreditation issues.

That's a good reason not to hire people who see themselves as perpetual victims.

No, they have to be woke. If they fight this, they'll be labelled as upholding institutional racism.

Basically, If you're accused of racism you have to accept being guilty because denying your racism is a clear sign of you being racist.

I never realized how light that dude's ear is compared to his face. Almost looks like they put an old white guy's ear on him.
