Will manufacturers create and sell < 10 round magazines to make their firearm compliant? I know California and Colorado have current mag restriction laws.

And is the proposed cut off at 10 or anything over 10?

So, is the army also going to reduce down to <10 rounds per mag?

Magazine capacity restrictions don’t actually do anything other than inconvenience legal gun owners.

Just call them 6x5 magazines. The leftists will be too stupid to understand.

They’ll continue to make their magazines the same way and make a component inside the mag to stop the load at 10. It’ll be the customers choice whether to leave that widget inside the mag and stay compliant or remove it at their own discretion. Mark it down.

Shall Not Be Infringed

We cannot let this Administration succeed in limiting, eliminating, or regulating anything regarding our 2nd Amendment rights. If they succeed, even once, they will not stop until the 2nd Amendment is completely removed from our Constitution. Hold the Rope Boys & Girls.

Manufacturers will sell a magazine that is really long but will hold ten.

Easily modified by the end user to hold more and absolve them of recompense

The 9th ruled, last year, that the California magazine capacity limit was unconstitutional. If that lib institution struck it down then there's no way it would stand up to a conservative SC. Even with RINO Roberts siding with the liberals.

The scary looking gun and 10+ mag registration compliance rate in California is around 3%.

In NY and Conn. it is around 10%.

Very few will comply with these laws.

A cottage industry of homemade mags will spring up. They can be 3-D printed.

They already do to comply with fricking stupid jurisdictions.

Glock sells a mag of 6 for states like NJ for guns where you can have up to 34 in a mag.

There's another thread on the first page about how math is racist.

BUT...if they did decide to be objective about what 10 means in this case, desktop CNC mills and 3d printers are cheap

I was talking with my friend yesterday about the genius of the 2nd Amendment's language: "...shall not be infringed."

IF this were to make it through congress and signed into law, it would immediately go to SCOTUS. Even if Biden's Administration only wanted to tax the firearms and mags, that tax may very well infringe on Americans' rights if they can't afford to pay them.

The 2A simply states infringe. Not take away. Not outlaw. Infringe.

Founding Fathers knew what they were doing.

Why would you want a 10 rounder when 30 rounders are readily available?
