Has some fatty come in saying that Hemsworth is only fit BECAUSE he's juicing?
Don't recall saying this.

But the point remains, puny and fat people can't understand that some people can actually be big and ripped without steroids. They are either too stupid, jealous, or both.
If you think picture from OP is completely natty, I've got a bridge to sell you...

Obviously juicy. I feel bad for the people who haven't figured out that those gains aren't achievable naturally - Hollywood is warping expectations for men and women.
I don't know anyone who thinks you get Chris Hemsworth's current physique without an insane amount of work and potentially steroids or other supplements.
I'd argue there's far more pressure to look like the average Hollywood actress for women, because there is an assumption that it doesn't take a lot of work for them to look the way do. And that's facilitated by a lot of women in Hollywood who don't want you to KNOW the work that goes into it. When in reality, they're maintaining that with a lot of training and a fair amount of cosmetic work.

Gear does impressive things......

I know this world. You are sorely misguided if you think Hemsworth and the Rock for that matter are not fully juiced. Is what it is.
Don’t be naive, coy or straight up lie to soothe your own misgivings.
ETA: what is not lost on the rock and hems is the intense work and discipline they put into it and fantastic genetics.

No one does this anymore
At least no one worried about performance

And in terms of acting, they do some (unhealthy) things to take it a step further. Henry Cavill, who really took things to another level for The Witcher, talks about the water cutting he had to do for certain scenes.
quote:
To make sure that he was looking as shredded as humanly possible for his many shirtless scenes in The Witcher, Cavill allowed himself to systematically dehydrate. Over the course of four days, he would gradually reduce his fluid intake so that when the time came to shoot he had zero water weight. "It makes your skin really thin, so it sits on the muscles," he explained during an appearance on The Graham Norton Show. "On the first day you'll have a liter and a half, and the second day half a liter, and then the third day no water, and then you'll shoot the fourth."
quote:
Cavill has plenty of experience when it comes to pushing his body to its limits for a role, but this was a tough ask, even for him. The actor admitted that he was the "most miserable person on the planet" when he was going without water ("You get to the point on the last day where you can smell water nearby," he claimed), but the results speak for themselves. The internet went wild when shots of Geralt in the bathtub were included in the trailer for The Witcher, which has already been renewed for a second season.
He was also told at one point he was "too fat" to play James Bond.
quote:
Believe it or not, Henry Cavill was once told that he was too fat to play James Bond. The actor went up for the role of 007 in the period between Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig, and he got some harsh feedback. "I remember the director [of Casino Royale], Martin Campbell, saying, 'Looking a little chubby there, Henry,'" the actor told Men's Health UK. "I didn't know how to train or diet. And I'm glad Martin said something, because I respond well to truth. It helps me get better.

Yes and the reason he has stated for the aggressive weight gain.

I was hoping that was a McRib in his hand.

I can say from personal experience that it is very possible to gain weight without either steroids or weightlifting.

I follow Dwayne on Facebook and he’s always posting videos of his workouts. If you’ve never seen one, it’ll make you get lightheaded just watching it. I assume they are supplementing somehow, but holy hell if that regimen isn’t ridiculously intense.

I agree with this. Women don't expect men to look like Chris Hemsworth, but I definitely expect women to look like Jessica Alba.

there is nothing easy about obtaining this level of physical fitness
When it is your job to be jacked, it's not hard to be jacked. Its hard when you have a 55 hour a week desk job and kids and a wife.

I feel bad for lazy people like you who will have to wear a mask the rest of your life because of how obese and lazy you are. I don’t know his specific numbers but I know mine and where I came from and I can assure you it’s very conceivable to put on good weight and get jacked naturally and nothing in his photo would make me doubt he is natural.

Money helps too, it costs money to keep up with that diet. Yes, these dudes have huge advantages over the average Joe

Money helps, but as someone else said the real issue is time.
I can't stop working every 2 hours to eat and I certainly can't be that picky in what I eat with my schedule and kids and shite.
And after 12 hour work day it's tough to work out for 2 hours instead of seeing my kids.
