In this You Tube Series Chef Jean Paul Bourgeois goes out to a duck camp in the marsh around Gibson, to do some cooking, drinking and hunting with his Podnahs. I'm on episode 2, pretty good so far.

Can't get the Tasso in Georgia. I'm going to suppliment with Smoked Venison sausage. Curious what it turns out like. Should be awesome. Really hope the other episodes come out soon.

I stumbled across this show last week after I downloaded the Mossy Oak app on my Fire Stick. It only had the first episode. I'll check tonight to see if the second one is out. Does anyone know if it airs on any other cable channel?

Not on cable,yet. It is also on IGTV, either Duck Camp Dinners, Split Reed, or Mossy Oak.
