I basically just told him that the Republican party is on trial right now and that President Trump has more support than they do. I told him that Senator Cassidy needs to let his nuts hang and stand up for what's right in order to save their bullshite party. I said a vote for conviction would look to me like Senator Cassidy is compromised by the CCP. These were the high points.
His generic email response set me off.

Thank you for writing in with your comments regarding the second impeachment trial of former President Trump. This is an important topic and I appreciate hearing from you.
The House of Representatives impeached Trump for the second time on January 13, 2021 with the charge of “inciting violence against the government of the United States.” On January 25, 2021, the House impeachment managers delivered the single article of impeachment to the United States Senate.
At issue, are the events that took place on January 6, 2021. As you are aware, rioters violently breached the halls of Congress in an attempt to disrupt the electoral vote certification and the peaceful transfer of power. This was wrong, seditious, and ultimately resulted in the deaths of multiple individuals. There was a vote on the constitutionality of having a trial for a former president on January 26, 2021. I voted that it was not proper for the Senate to hold a trial for a president who has left office. However, that vote failed 45-55 and there will be a second impeachment trial for President Trump.
While I am strongly against the actions of that day, I will keep an open mind at the trial and look forward to hearing the arguments of both sides and getting answers. I will uphold my oath to be an impartial juror at the trial and vote based on the evidence presented. Everyone, even a former president, is entitled to a defense and to have all of the facts be heard.
I will continue to represent the views of my state and do so through hearing from constituents like you. Please continue to reach out, either by phone or by email, when you have another question or concern. You can reach my office in Washington DC at 202-224-5824 or submit an email at LINK .
Sincerely,
Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D.

Thanks for writing the office of Congressman Cassidy. We're unable to respond individually to your request, because we get a lot of letters, and honestly, we don't give a shite about any of them.
I'm too busy eating lobster, banging Chinese whores, an drinking to reply to you right now, but stay tuned! My marketing team will hit you up for donations when I'm getting ready for re-election.

How can anyone be upset with this part of the statement?

His staff members are a bunch of jerks. I called about not certifying the election results and they were so rude. I think his rude staff did more to anger Americans then any speech Trump has ever given. Americans are angry because they have no representation, he is suppose to listen to his constituents and instead he just tells them they are wrong and does as he pleases.

Cassidy has got to go , ive sent several letters telling him , he’s weak and spineless , and he plays along with the democrats . Each letter I’ve sent I’ve always got the same pre typed response .

Ask him if he TRULY believes that the Democraps that are running this entire f*cking SHAM ever kept an open mind? If, after the last four years, he has any f*cking doubt, tell him that he's too f*cking STUPID to hold office.

What an idiotic question.
1) His team already knows the arguments are shite.
2) Trump won't have a legit defense, as he is no longer President.
If Bill Cassidy can't be bothered to watch the video's of Trump's speeches that day, and contrast those statements with statements from The VP Whore, then he's not only wrong, he's a douchebag.
Not only that, this idiot already knows how he's going to vote.
How can anyone be upset by it?
Simple fricking logic.

Because he didn't immediately say "I will not vote to impeach Trump and this trial is a sham and should not be happening."
(Even though he voted already that the trial shouldn't be happening.)
What do people honestly think he'll do?
"Well, I didn't think the trial should take place, but more people thought it should, so I guess I'm wrong. Impeach him!"
It's what we have come to see from may Trump supporters... if you don't walk in lockstep with Trump and you don't affirm his every action and move, then you obviously are a Biden loving cuck.

So you called someone, not Cassidy, and went off on them.
So brave. Grow some balls and go see him in person.

How can anyone be upset with this part of the statement?
So, in the greater context of the issue at hand (not the piece you decided to isolate) this impeachment is bullshite.
Did Bernie have to stand tall and answer for his words when Scalise was shot?
Did Bernie and Elizabeth get any ounce of actual blame for the Daytona shooting?
Anyone else who can't see the hypocrisy in all this is either a liar or a cocksucker.
You may be both.

Because the bullshite line that this will be a "trial" is just that...bullshite.
Do you think the Ds are going to let Trump call witnesses?
Do you think they are going to let him in the Senate chamber to confront his accussers?
The answer to all that is hell no....the trial will be a sham. It will be the Impeachment team talking followed by some Senators talking over a few days and then a vote.
ETA Cassidy could have done the same research that Rand Paul did and came to the same conclusion that nothing Trump did incited that group of people to do what they did at the Capitol...period. His speech was less hateful than what many democrats like Kamala, Booker, Waters, etc have said in their speeches.
