They blur out the victim in the fight, they wouldn't show and slow down on a clear image from earlier.

We all have seen videos over the last year or two where the following happen. A group of people surround and begin beating down a lone individual. There are kicks to the head. There is jumping up and down on the prone and helpless victim. There are people unrelated to the original scene seeing the event and running to join in.
What the frick is going on in these communities? These are the people that commit gun violence. Will "common sense" gun laws stop this wanton violence?
Law enforcement is inhibited to take action with threats of defunding, Soros DAs, and ineffective (but diverse) leadership. If this happened to a loved one I would see little other choice but to go Charles Bronson (in a more tactical sense) on these assholes.

I've been all through that area. Chinatown right there, and Lower East is or was high concentration of Manhattan Italian mob. Can't remember the mob families from right there. Wall Street is literally a quartermile from there
