Biden signs Covid EO's without reading what he is signing.

Biden read from a list on a piece of paper then opened the EO's one at a time and signed them, but never read a single one before signature. He didn't even skim it. They could have put anything and everything in front of this demented fool and it would have his signature.
What executive signs binding documents without at least skimming the language.
One with dementia.. That's who.

Its a photo op. These EO's have been written, edited, approved, etc. for weeks.
