I’ll say this. One of the young assistants at my office “bought” her boyfriend at the time a truck. Let him put it in her name completely because of something going on legally with him. Should tell you a little about high class this assistant is. Well they broke up over a year ago. He would make payments late, he let the insurance expire which in turn came back on her because it was in her name. So she called the police because she wanted to go get the truck and he apparently was abusive. They said if she can prove its in her name they’ll drive over there snd take the keys from him. She did it without incident. So apparently if it’s in your name you can take it. But I’m no lawyer

I've seen multiple people in here question this part of his story. I understood it to mean he didn't remember the anniversary edition of the jeep, which I could understand. But maybe I'm wrong.

In either case, whether it's their anniversary or the anniversary of the Jeep, why would he still have a note on the damn thing? Unless it was the 30th anniversary and it was some what recent. shite doesn't add up.
