honestly I dont think you get napier or chadwell. Freeze is out.

If i was hiring, based off needing to get soem stability and back to winning seasons knowing im going ot be on probation adn Napier and Chadwell are out.

1) Malzahn
2) Bill O Brien
3) Tom Herman
4) Bill Clark
5) Doug Marrone

I think Joe Brady is a better hire than those, but I dont kow if oyu can get him just do to probation.

Go down the list and make them say no. Malzhan took an auburn program that was struggling and turned them around. Bill o Brien took penn state when they were on probation and got them going.

I think you do all of that and hopefully it works out and you get 5 or 6 winning seasons and can build on it. If after 5 years probation is up, you go get freeze. He woudl come home unless its a very very top job and he isnt getting one of those in the SEC any time soon.

What top tier head coach candidate would want to go to that soon-to-be sanction ladened dumpster fire?

You can scratch Hugh and joe Brady. Hugh has the ncaa issues in the past that’s a bad look and joe Brady has zero desire to coach at the college level. Bill Clark would be my guy I don’t understand why nobody has gotten him from uab yet. Billy Napier doesn’t make sense because he comes from the saban school of recruiting aka what has yall in this mess now.

Please hire Jeff Fisher. He would be awesome to see in the SEC. Make them formidable at the very least. East sucks so much.

“ I can’t say for certain that Tennessee has its man. But I can say that two candidates that were closely vetted by Parker were informed last night that they won’t be receiving formal interviews. Two others that have been linked to the job by media have not been contacted at all.”
