Multiple states rejected Dominion bids over fears of hacking vulnerabilities that were discovered.

Will those states be forced to apologize next?

https://www.sos.texas.gov/elections/forms/sysexam/dominion-d-suite-5.5-a.pdf

FINDINGS

The following are the findings, based on written evidence submitted by the Vendor in support of its application for certification, oral evidence presented at the examination, and the findings ofthe voting system examiners as set out in their written reports.

The examiner reports identified multiple hardware and software issues that preclude the Office ofthe Texas Secretary of State from determining that the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system satisfies each of the voting-system requirements set forth in the Texas Election Code. Specifically, the examiner reports raise concerns about whether the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system is suitable for its intended purpose; operates efficiently and accurately; and is safe from fraudulent or unauthorized manipulation.

Therefore, the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system and corresponding hardware devices do not meet the standards for certification prescribed by Section 122.001 ofthe Texas Election Code. Accordingly, based upon the foregoing, I hereby deny certification o f Dominion Voting Systems' Democracy Suite 5.5-A system for use in Texas elections.Signed under my hand and seal ofoffice, this 24th day of January 2020....

Are they saying it couldn't happen? Or it didn't happen? Or more simply they have no proof?

These are not the same.

And I think the Navarro reports also cast Dominion in a negative light.

Maybe in a legal sense Dominion alone was not able to be implicated, hence the legal pressure worked. But I wonder what the confluence of Dominion machines with the Hammer and Scorecard applications from the see aye ay would reveal.

In 2018, the New York Times produced a video featuring a University of Michigan computer scientist easily rigging a mock student election that used the same electronic voting systems then used in parts of Georgia (Georgia did not adopt Dominion statewide until last year. ) Has the NyTi apologized?

I love how this is the go to response anytime an issue doesn't fit the narrative you want to push when the absolute most likely scenario here is they fabricated their story as a means of increasing traffic/readership. Now that they know their words can have potential devastating consequences in a court of law that requires a higher standard for what is considered fact, they retract knowing they have nothing.

Another example...Trump University Lawsuit. The honorable and upstanding patriot that Trump is pledged those people would never see a dime until a Civil RICO Class-Action lawsuit was filed against him for defrauding his victims. RICO of course meaning "Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization" for those unaware. If he lost the case he was potentially facing criminal federal felony charges and could become liable for additional damages and attorney fees. So what would a person innocent of these charges do? Settle for 25 million dollars and avoid a trial of course, because "why bother fighting if it won't change anything". Or was it actually "OK they got me, now what is my least expensive way out?" Settle so they can't actually "prove" I am the fraud they say I am and exactly as he assumed all Trumpkins just completely ignore what has happened right in front of them. "It's the deep state trying to take a good man down!"

After receiving legal letter, conservative outlet American Thinker has issued an incredible statement admitting it published "completely false" info on Dominion that had "no basis in fact." It apologizes to readers for "abandoning" journalistic principles.

In other words, Donald Trump lied.

In a December 2019 letter written to the heads of a private equity firm and the industries those firms were financing, Senators Elizabeth Warren, Amy Klobuchar, Ron Wyden and Congressman Mark Pocan specifically cited security concerns over Dominion Voting Systems.

Have these Democrats apologized?

For what? Do you speak english? Can you comprehend what you read? Or do you read? That entire letter is a Request for Information and for reference they cited specific concerns. There are NO accusations of fraud or wrongdoing, only concerns they wanted addressed nearly a full year in advance of the 2020 Presidential Election. So please, inform me what this letter is evidence of? It is only evidence that some high level Democrats had concerns about private equity firms involvement with voting systems and they were seeking a higher level of disclosure so that they could be confident in a fair election for all parties. They did not say "you are a fraudulent company and we know you changed votes to meet the agenda of your investors". This is not and nor does there exist any evidence that this company or their machines were involved with mass voter fraud on the level that is claimed. A hiccup here and there? Possibly but thousands or more...nope! You folks making all these wild claims with nothing but circumstantial evidence, let me help you with the meaning of an important word:

something said to be true or supposed to have happened:
The facts given by the witness are highly questionable.

U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg issued a ruling which claimed that there was “demonstrable evidence” that Dominion Voting Systems and the State of Georgia put Georgia voters in “imminent risk of deprivation of their fundamental right to cast an effective vote,” which the judge defined simply as a “vote that is accurately counted.” Has Judge Totenberg apologized?

Years-Long Court Battle in Georgia Reveals Dominion’s Security Flaws, Weak Testing Rushed implementation of voting system questioned as experts raised fundamental concerns....

Behind the current controversy surrounding the integrity of results from the Nov. 3 presidential election in Georgia are years of court battles over an outdated voting system and the controversial $107 million purchase of new touchscreen machines from Dominion Voting Systems in July 2019.

A review of court documents and sworn expert testimonies raise troubling questions about the Dominion voting system and its rushed implementation by the State of Georgia.

Among the many issues raised was the inability to accurately audit Dominion’s systems in order to verify that votes were cast as intended. Audit and cybersecurity experts also demonstrated to the court how the Dominion system inherently prevented the successful use of risk-limiting audits (RLA)—a method employed by Georgia during the recount.

Cybersecurity experts provided evidence to the court that Dominion’s QR system wasn’t secure, was subject to duplication, and that the ability to generate fake QR codes existed. A nationally recognized cybersecurity expert also found that during Georgia’s August 2020 elections, servers at two county election offices he visited “enabled unsafe remote access to the system through a variety of means,” including the use of flash drives.

This same expert found that in one of those counties, “server logs were not regularly recording or updated in full and that Dominion’s technical staff maintained control over the logs and made deletions in portions of the logs.”

Computer science experts also found significant problems with the testing processes used by Pro V&V in the testing of the Dominion equipment. In a case that involved last-minute updates to Dominion software in late September 2020, the court was told that the testing lab “performed only cursory testing of this new software.”

Additionally, during testing in 2019, a Dominion system experienced what was termed a “memory lockup” after scanning only 4,500 ballots. An analysis from Dominion determined that a “power cycle” of the unit is required after scanning more than 4,000 ballots. It isn’t known if this issue was fixed prior to the 2020 elections or if election workers were properly trained in the event the issue was still present in the Dominion systems.

The court also found that the manner in which the Dominion system functions failed to meet the requirements of Georgia election law. As U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg noted, Dominion’s system “does not produce a voter-verifiable paper ballot or a paper ballot marked with the voter’s choices in a format readable by the voter because the votes are tabulated solely from the unreadable QR code.”

Dominion Systems Don’t Conform to State Law

....While acknowledging that Georgia’s Election Code mandates the use of a ballot marking system (BMD) as the method of voting in Georgia, Totenberg also noted there are certain legal requirements that must be concurrently met in the use of such a system:

quote:

The statutory provisions mandate voting on “electronic ballot markers” that: (1) use “electronic technology to independently and privately mark a paper ballot at the direction of an elector, interpret ballot selections, communicate such interpretation for elector verification, and print an elector verifiable paper ballot;” and (2) “produce paper ballots which are marked with the elector’s choices in a format readable by the elector.”’

And as noted by the judge, the Dominion systems and equipment purchased by the State of Georgia failed to conform to the state’s own legal requirements:

quote:

The evidence shows that the Dominion BMD system does not produce a voter-verifiable paper ballot or a paper ballot marked with the voter’s choices in a format readable by the voter because the votes are tabulated solely from the unreadable QR code. Thus, under Georgia’s mandatory voting system for “voting at the polls” voters must cast a BMD-generated ballot tabulated using a computer generated barcode that has the potential to contain information regarding their voter choices that does not match what they enter on the BMD (as reflected in the written text summary), or could cause a precinct scanner to improperly tabulate their votes.

In other words, the equipment, as provided by Dominion and put in place by the state, failed to meet the legal requirements that Georgia has in place for a voting system....

I clearly stated the letter was from December of 2019 above. That is a nice straw-man argument you have constructed and refuted here.

And no accusations of fraud? The letter goes on to specifically mention “improbable outcomes” that suggested either “switched” votes or other forms of “undisclosed vulnerabilities” that have clouded past elections in which these electronic voting systems were used:

And, just this year, after the Democratic candidate's electronic tally showed he received an improbable 164 votes out of 55,000 cast in a Pennsylvania state judicial election in 2019, the county's Republican Chairwoman said, " [n]othing went right on Election Day. Everything went wrong. That's a problem."16 These problems threaten the integrity of our elections and demonstrate the importance of election systems that are strong, durable, and not vulnerable to attack.

https://www.warren.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/H.I.G.%20McCarthy,%20&%20Staple%20Street%20letters.pdf

What the concerns raised in this letter demonstrates beyond a shadow of a doubt is that Democons are only selectively concerned with election integrity. If their guy wins by the means outlined in this letter, no harm, no foul.

Now, either you did not read the full letter or you are a fricking dyslexic imbecile yourself. Which is it?

The good thing for Chicken is he is not expected to adhere to any journalistic principles.

Now if somehow he has to reveal the identity or the IP address of posters here that have made statement that are "completely false and have no basis in fact" will he have enough workers to compile the list???? How many posters might be sued?
