James Harden is a poor man's Michael Redd. Why are we still talking about this ever-lasting clown?

Well only lebron won more games in the last decade. And lebron was in the east for almost all of that, and played on many super teams (ie teams with 2 other all star caliber talents)

This is a very stupid point.

He was too good and the original Cavs rosters were too bad to win a title. He left and they were so bad they got 3 of the 4 1st picks overall while he was gone. Unfortunately for the Cavs they even screwed some of those up. He came back and won a title. While gone for four years he won two titles in Miami and now after being in LA he has won one more and should win it again this year.

Not everything is about Lebron

LBJ never forced his way out. He was a free agent everytime.

I'm no LeBron fan, but he's never demanded a trade.

He has ruined teams with roster construction though

Yup. this is true, don't like the guy but he honored his contract and left via free agency.

How many championships does lebron have when he doesn’t have a top 5 player or 2 all star caliber teammate?

Zero

How many times in Houston did harden have a top 5 teammate or 2 all star caliber teammate?

Zero

Team game Bubba. Lebron is #2 player ever and gets destroyed in the playoffs unless he has tons of help.

When Shaq is dropping stats you know it's bad.

5 elimination games, 1-4 with 41% from the field, 24% from 3, 32 assists and 27 turnovers.

Big Game James!!!

Maybe Shaq listened to you Boom, injuries are an excuse.

I'm old enough to remember when Boom said CP3 would be in the best shape of his life because of how great a leader Harden was. So, that's Harden's fault per Boom.

Jordan won his closeout game for his 6th against the Jazz with Scottie Pippen as basically a decoy when his back was locking up.

That's the exact type of game James Harden has never won. He's just not cut like your usual title winning players. Shaq was spot on saying Rox gave you every player you asked for and you still couldn't get it done.

How many times did Harden run off his 2nd best player? I thought everyone wanted to play with Harden, yet he could never get good players to come to Houston, and the two that did come, left shortly after b/c of Harden.

and as Shaq and Chuck said, when you make $30-40M a year, it comes with big responsibilities. You can't go blaming CP3 or Russ for Harden shooting 24% from 3 in his last 5 elimination games, 27 turnovers, 32 assists, 41% from the field. THat's on Harden. You can't go blaming others when you suck it up in the elimination games. That's why he gets paid what he gets paid, to win those games, and he has folded time and time again.

Kobe
Magic
Bird
Jordan

I’d have loved to see them go up against the 80’s lakers or Celtics or pistons.

Green would have run his mouth one time till someone shoved it in defense was on point back in the day. If you look at a player weird these days it’s a fricking foul

One thing old Boomer doesn't like to talk about...Series tied at 2, game 5 Rockets are leading in teh 3rd quarter and KD gets hurt and is out for the rest of the series.

So naturally big game James closes it out since the Warriors are no longer the GOAT Warriors, right? Nah, Warriors close out game 5, win game 6, series over.

Bogut/Looney/Cook/Jarebko/Jordan Bell are all dudes who logged 10+ minutes in that game. GOAT team!

Dwight wanted to come to Houston, Chris Paul wanted to come to Houston, russ, etc. no player in the league attracted more stars to play with him in the last 8 years than harden.

Injuries derailed the team. It is not on harden that Chris and russ got hurt.

And Russ left bc harden had already decided he was leaving. It was all orchestrated. Russ called it a lie on his IG that he didn’t want to play w harden anymore.
