That is Michael Jordan. He is not the bar by which other players are judged Bubba. He is the GOAT.

One thing old Boomer doesn't like to talk about...Series tied at 2, game 5 Rockets are leading in teh 3rd quarter and KD gets hurt and is out for the rest of the series.

So naturally big game James closes it out since the Warriors are no longer the GOAT Warriors, right? Nah, Warriors close out game 5, win game 6, series over.

Bogut/Looney/Cook/Jarebko/Jordan Bell are all dudes who logged 10+ minutes in that game. GOAT team!

He had a quad injury (that he reaggravated recently and is out for a month) that he played with. On top of having covid and showing up into the bubble late and not being in game shape. Basically he had played in 3 warm up games since March, was out of shape and on a bad leg when he played for the first time in the playoffs.

And you saw the results. He had the worse stats Of any player I have ever seen. He made the team worse he shouldn’t have been playing at all.

but russ in HOU didn’t work... bc of harden is what they are saying now

the warriors did not need KD. Even w out him they swept PDX and would have won the title without the klay injury.

They went from a 4 to 1 advantage of all nba caliber players, to a 3 to 1 advantage after KD went out.

there is no shame in losing to GSW, they are the best team the league has ever seen.

And you also got to keep this mind, the reason KD got hurt is because he as averaging 45 minutes a game, it was too much for his body. The only team who could ever put enough pressure on them that KD would have to carry that kinda minutes... was Houston.

Does Toronto owe Harden a ring then?

They do. If GSW doesn’t have to play HOU, KD plays his 35-36 minutes and they don’t even break a sweat.

Enter HOU. every game decided by 2 possession or less, tied up 2-2. Kerr and GSW know if they win this series they win the title. They have GOT to play KD however many minutes it takes.

KD plays 45 minutes a game and his leg goes out on a non contact injury. his body simply could not hold up to the pressure being applied by harden and the rockets.

Even tho they had 4 all nba caliber players and HOU had only 1. HOU had the best player and that means a lot in a playoff series.

Signing with a different team after your contract is over is not “ditching” anyone and not the same as being a big crybaby and forcing a trade

Dominant?

Why is the word dominant used so much for Shaq

Why do people say Shaq was the “most dominant”, but no one says Shaq was the “best” is somehting I have always wondered.

Why is that?.... just answer the question.

He has ruined teams with roster construction though
If he wants to come "ruin" the Pelicans and leave an NBA title behind like he has done for every other team, I would be cool with that

You are the one who keeps bringing up how dominant Harden has been......

However Shaq has never been the best overall at the center position all time... but from like 98 to 06 he was the best and it’s not even close.... AND won titles...... You can’t say the same about Harden.....

Is everyone finally seeing Harden for what he is? Like I’ve seen it all along?

A soft arse bitch. Plays the game that way, lives life that way. Utterly pathetic human.

I never said dominant.

Dominant is kind of a trick word bc every one uses it to describe Shaq. But no one says Shaq was the best.

The way Dominant Is used it means big physical overpowering etc.

in the way the word dominant is used harden is not more dominant than Shaq.

people say Shaq is more “dominant” than everyone.

It doesn’t mean shite other than that he is bigger and stronger than everyone.

F try on 98 to 06 Shaq was the best center in the league. Agreed????

In the last 8-9 years you can’t say that about Harden being the best at his position . Again Shaq led his teams to titles which you don’t seem to want to talk about......

When you make first team all nba 5 years in row, you are the best at your position.

When you are top 3 in MVP 5 years in a row, it is safe to say you are the best at your position.

What planet have you been living on the last half decade?

The last 7 years it’s pretty simple...

Curry>>>>>>>>> Harden. Including playoffs......

And again I don’t want to here any excuses for Harden.....

Harden's potential "one shining moment" that would've put him alongside some of the all-time greats and eventually won him a championship was Game 7 of the 2018 WCF. Put the team on his back w/o Paul.

It didn't happen. That's the one game people will always evaluate him on. It meant everything.
